Although the first house I was interested in ultimately fell through due to the sellers' circumstances, the agency handled the situation with grace and understanding. Instead of leaving me feeling discouraged, they quickly provided alternative options that matched my criteria, demonstrating their commitment to finding the right home for me. What stood out the most was their dedication to customer service. They were always available to answer my questions, provide updates, arrange viewings for measurements etc and offer valuable advice, making the entire experience feel much less daunting. GoogleDanielle came out to value our house last week and unlike other agencies she didn’t do a quick in and out to basically look at the house. She took time to speak to us and understand what we actually wanted in a future house. After speaking to us she advised us to wait and look into other options such as an extension before making a decision on what we wanted to do. This was a breath of fresh air as we felt pressured by other agencies who had valued the house. Would totally recommend Belvoir to anyone looking to sell their house. Also for looking to buy a house, one of the ones we wanted to look at was for sale with them and again the experience was good with no pressure.

We have delt with Vivienne and the team from Belvoir lettings St Helens for a number of years and found them very professional and efficient. If there are any problems they are delt with quickly.
