Having had a number of Estate Agents value my property I decided to go with Belvoir since their fees were the cheapest from the quotes I had received. I was initially apprehensive as I thought did the cheaper price mean a lesser service? This could not have been further from the truth. Nathan and the team at Belvoir were brilliant and got the house listed on the market in no time. The team wasted no time and within less than 24 hrs of the property being listed a full day of viewings had been booked in. Nathan and the team were great when multiple offers came in and avoided a bidding war by requesting best and final offers. I was pleased with this approach not just because offers were above the asking price but in my view cut out a lot of messing. Throughout the whole process the team kept me updated and were quick to respond to any questions or queries. Whilst selling a home is stressful, the level of stress was certainly reduced by the professionalism of the team at Belvoir. I had a horrible service with my previous letting agents so I looked up Belvoir and noticed they had decent reviews. They were a little more expensive but it really is true when you here "you get what you pay for". Belvoir (in particular Vivienne) have a fantasic service. They are very customer focused and detailed and always keep me updated of events; this is really important to somone like me being an expat. I NEVER have to chase them for issues and they are very prompt to act on my instructions. Overall a great service

Oh where do I start Danielle when we first met felt as a manager a very warm lady and cheerful made myself and my mum feel relaxed in her company very informative and helpful with loosing my late Auntie and my mum's sister which was a very difficult time for us helped us each step of the way I never sold a house before . Had a few estate agents round to value our house but Danielle was by far the best. Other just looked at the rooms and gardens and didn???t really ask any questions about the house. There was no pressure to put the house up with them either. After talking to us and taking an interest in us she actually advised us to leave it a few weeks and look at all the options we had before making a decision. Again not something we have encountered with an agency looking to get a house on the books. Would totally recommend Belvoir to anyone.

Let me start with, ???If you???re wondering if you should use Belvoir to sell your property, DO IT!!??? ??? From the initial call, Emma was very pleasant and informative, Danielle then attended to value the property, she definitely knew her business and the current market!!! Danielle valued the property and her confidence to sell made me want to use the company even more to see if she delivered on the statement! SHE DID, within a week!! Lisa and Heather were absolutely amazing facilitating all the viewings, they took all the stress away and only told me what I needed to know, positive an factual, it was perfect! ??? Then Emma took control over sales and negotiations, now this is where I really didn???t mind paying this company slightly more than the other estate agents in the area, Emma was fantastic, I had no stupid/silly offers, she knew the property value and smashed the negotiations without hassling me, I genuinely couldn???t have asked for a better team so far!! Once the property was sold, Kath was appointed as what I can only describe as ???The Chaser??? ??? she linked in with me, the buyers solicitors and my solicitors to ensure things ran smoothly and she expedited the sale, she was absolutely fantastic!! Our journey with Belvoir and JB &B leech has not reached its conclusion yet, however I would like the management to know that Heather Roberts has been particularly kind and professional when showing us around the property we hope to buy and during the viewings of our own home for sale. . She showed great empathy and support at at time that was quite emotional for us. We have lived in the property for over fifty years. The first day following the easter Bank Holiday as I had a problem with my shower .By lunchtime the tradesmen had visited and fixed the problem all completed within a few hours from my initial phone call.Thats what I call great service, great communication and efficiency.
