GoogleI happened to randomly stumble across Belvoir Lettings on Google recently, after reaching complete frustration with the previous letting agent I'd been using in St Helens. It was indeed a lucky find. Throughout the process Vivienne - a landlord herself - guided me through getting my apartment refurbished, remarketed and re-let. I found her and her colleagues to be courteous, efficient and professional throughout, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords. Uniquely among letting agents I have dealt with, her allegiances aren't solely to the landlord - the diligence her office showed ensuring that the tenants deposits were correctly handled far exceeded what I’m used to (without causing any extra hassle for the landlord) and should provide comfort to any prospective tenant as well. Finally, I had cause to query an initial payment forwarded by the agency after checking my bank statement. The answer turned out to be simple - Vivienne had quietly applied a discount to my fees without any fanfare, meaning that the sum of money I received was higher than expected. Tell me - how often does that happen?! Great stuff!

GoogleSold my house with JB &B Leach in dentons green St. Helens. They fullfilled all their promises & more. This company know the market in WA10 more than any other. They got me lots of viewings and were always professional & courteous. Their marketing strategy with professional photographs and floor plans is 1st class. I'd like to thank Kath who was principally responsible for my sale. She was a fantastic communicator & always kept me up to date wherever i was and is a huge assest to JB B Leach. Although slightly more expensive with the comission i would definately use this company again. They achieved all they claimed they would do.

From the very first contact, they have all been proffessional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They have done everything they said they would and in super speedy time. GoogleExcellent from start to finish! From my initial phone call for a consultation with Danielle, right through to completion. We couldnt have asked for better service. Photos were excellent, communication was great and we managed to sell our property at the price we initially wanted. Emails and queries were answered quickly and efficiently, and nothing seemed too much trouble. we were kept updated at every stage of the process and the team, particularly Kath, were extremely supportive when we needed them :-) We would 100% recommend JB&B Leach to anyone looking to buy or sell. They were a little more expensive than others, but you certainly get what you pay for and i would pay it again for the peace of mind they were able to give us.

GoogleI previously rented for years before finally buying a house a couple of years ago, belvoir where acting on behalf of the landlord for the last rented proerty i lived in, at 1st it seemed ok, although the staff were a bit rude and seemed disinterested, we payed the bond and moved in.. then when there was a few issues with the property ie. leaking bath, faulty alarm, faulty electrics. There was no response when i requested that someone should attend, i felt obliged to pay someone to come and fix the issues. They also turned up unnanounced at certain times to do a "check" on the property which made us feel as if they thought we were a scruffy family who would destroy the house, which we werent and would not.. both work hard and kept the house spotless because we have kids.. the worst part was when we moved out they tried to claim back all the bond money we had given then, for things such as minor wear and tear and suggesting that it was really untidy and dirty.. unfortunately for them we had taken pictures of the house the day we moved in and the day we moved out, it was in so much better condition when we left than when we arrived they had no answer!! They just became rude and abhorrent and said i had no proof other than photos, however once again i had a receipt from a very reputable cleaning company of a full clean of the house, itemised in detail the full range of the clean they did, even though the house was already clean i felt i had to do this so i had proof because i knew they would try this tactic to keep the bond money.. in the end they had nothing to go on and had to refund us, but if you ever use this company, make sure you take all pictures with dates and times shown and keep all receipts of things you pay for on the property, they will try and take whats not theirs because thats what these scum landord/letting agents do...
