The whole process with Leach was seamless and I would highly recommend their services. Our property was advertised professionally with great quality pictures of the house. We had a quick sale. Katherine was great through the whole process. The move had several challenges that caused delays but Katherine kept us in the loop and pro actively chased and co ordinated between solicitors. This took some of the stress away from ourselves!

The estate agent who did our first viewing at 51 Carr mill road was so lovely and genuine. We had been looking for our dream home for ages viewing with other estate agents from different company???s who were pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. The lady at JbB&B leach made up feel so relaxed with no pressure and was a lovely person to deal with. She had Fantastic customer service and a real care for us as buyer as well as the sellers. I just want to say a big thank you to Danielle, Emma, Heather, Kathryn on behalf of myself and husband for all the support with our purchase on our new home. We have been involved in a chain with our own sale with another agent, but with our sellers agent (JB B Leach) being so professional for both the sellers and us as the buyers we wouldn't be in our dream home now! The house we have purchased we have loved for many years as we passed, and when the house came on the market we was filled with joy and excitement, that we just had to have it. We pushed and pushed despite the hurdles with our chain and can not thank our sellers agent JB B Leach enough for working with our buyers to work out the problems to get a completion finally over the line. The property sold at the asking price. The sales brochure was professionally compiled and the property was advertised via all major online property websites and also via their own website. JB&B Leach kept us fully updated during the sales process and also stayed in close contact with the buyer. The staff from JB&B Leach were unfailingly courteous and professional.
