We have delt with Vivienne and the team from Belvoir lettings St Helens for a number of years and found them very professional and efficient. If there are any problems they are delt with quickly. All the tenants we have are happy to deal with Belvoir direct with no complaint's. I would recommend this company.

GoogleI recently completed my sale and also purchase through JB&B Leach. I was initially listed with a different estate agents but after getting in touch with JB, I could see these were miles above the rest and offered the service I was looking for. From start to finish they made us feel like we were important to them and not just another person selling their property. Everybody in the office is highly skilled at their job and offer the highest quality customer service. They all go above and beyond to make things easier in the most stressful situations. To top it all off, when we attended the office to collect our new keys, they offer a massive moving in box with new home essentials. A lovely touch. In summary, we couldn't recommend this estate agent more and they will now be our go to for any future moves. Thank you so much all the team at JB&B Leach. Ryan & Abbie.
