Direct reviewsVery friendly and helpful team assisted me with buying my first home. I asked many questions as I haven't been through the process before and I received prompt and clear guidance. I have spoken to various members of the team when I called the office and each of them provided me with the high level of service. Their management of the sale was professional and effective. On completion I received a wonderful gift as well which added to the overall experience. I would 100% use again.

Even though I mithered the life out of them multiple times a day nothing was too much trouble for them! thank you for all your patience and helping us achieve a pre-christmas move in date. Direct reviewsWe had a great experience working with JB & B Leach from start to finish. The whole process was straight forward and they kept us updated on viewings and interest. We had first class service from Danielle who even came round to check everything was okay on moving day when things didn't go smoothly with solicitors. We couldn't have asked for an easier moving process and that's 100% down to J B & B!

Direct reviewsI can???t rate JB&B Leach highly enough, we???ve had more help and interaction with them, who we???re buying a property off than the Estate Agent who is selling ours. With JB&B Leach nothing is too much trouble and they???re always there to help, they???re efficient, professional and friendly and they know it???s a stressful time selling and buying so go out of their way to put your mind at ease, making you feel calmer. My one regret is I never got them to sell ours, but you live and learn, so my advice to you would be if you???re looking for an Estate Agent to buy or sell your house with, I can???t recommend JB&B Leach highly enough.
