Although the vendor was actually the client, Katherine and Danielle were very responsive to emails and did a great job of facilitating communication between us and the seller. Not planning to move now, but would use JB&B Leach ourselves. Thanks :)

GoogleWe had a great experience working with JB & B Leach from start to finish. The whole process was straight forward and they kept us updated on viewings and interest. We had first class service from Danielle who even came round to check everything was okay on moving day when things didn't go smoothly with solicitors. We couldn't have asked for an easier moving process and that's 100% down to J B & B!

I was initially listed with a different estate agents but after getting in touch with JB, I could see these were miles above the rest and offered the service I was looking for. From start to finish they made us feel like we were important to them and not just another person selling their property. Everybody in the office is highly skilled at their job and offer the highest quality customer service. They all go above and beyond to make things easier in the most stressful situations. To top it all off, when we attended the office to collect our new keys, they offer a massive moving in box with new home essentials. A lovely touch. After we had an offer on the house, Belvoir were very good at chasing up what was happening and letting me know. Also they were very helpful in arranging other elements (energy certificate, house clearance) which made things easier for me as I live some distance from the property.

The Trusted AgentI signed a contract with Belvoir on Tuesday and was surprised there were 3 showings on the property the very next day. And then there were 4 offers on the property by Friday. Excellent! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome than that. All it took was another 30 days to finalize the sale. Very much satisfied with the service.

The Trusted AgentThe property needs a complete refurb and it isn???t worth the money it is up for sale for. There is little garden space so the price of the property doesn???t justify the work that needs to be done to Get into a liveable state
