Direct reviewsBelvoir St HELENS are a superb team who always provide me with a top class service. Vivienne goes out of her way to sort out any issues immediately and takes a pride in everything she does. Nathan and Lauren are also extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I have used other letting agents in the past and many times I have been disappointed. I strongly urge anyone considering becoming a land lord/lady in Saint Helens or surrounding areas to contact Belvoir Saint Helens.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend this agency They only responded to progressing my sale after lots of emails and phone calls from myself for updates I took a staggering 19 weeks to complete the sale it was a straight forward sale the buyers were first time and there was no upward chain BEWARE BEWARE they recommended a local solicitor Tickle Hall & Cross They charged me an introduction fee if £ 240 !!! I had my own solicitor who gave me a comparative quote but stupidly I thought I would use Tickle Hall & Cross because I thought it would make the sale go through more quickly , how wrong I was They deserve to be pushed out the market by more affordable online agencies such as Strike who are free and DO NOT charge INTRODUCTION FEES, or any fees I Challenged the fee and got the expected read the small print response LEGlALLY Correct MORALLY WRONG !!!!! Excellent photographs which really showed the features of the the rooms etc. Showings of the house worked well as we had 3 offers within a couple of days. After accepting an offer communication was good through the rest of the period until the house completion was finalised. Great Job.

Lots of chasing done by Katherine between buyers and solicitors. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future if required.

Given that I live many hours away from the property being sold it was reassuring to know that the team would accompany every viewing. GoogleBought a property through this agent and in the 3 months of the sale going through, I called them twice, both times I was fobbed off and didn't get any help/reassurance whatsoever. Severely over valuing houses at the moment also, over valued the house we bought by 25k (confirmed by the banks) so this affected the sale massively and the seller could've lost their buyer. Wouldn't recommend this agent at all based off of personal experience.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Direct reviewsWe found a property for sale with JB&B Leach via Rightmove. From the beginning, staff were friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Once the process of buying the property commenced, staff would regularly check how things were going, provide updates when needed and would assist if there were any issues. After completion, staff kindly gave us a moving in hamper and a signed card from the staff in the office, which was a nice touch and greatly appreciated!

Direct reviewsI think that without the help of Emma we would be still waiting to complete. My feelings are that the process can be tracked much more easily with technology and first time buyers still struggle with the process - I feel that they could be supported more. I have bought a house before and understand the process - I supplied everything to my solicitors and there there 3 enquires back from the buyer which I answered in 24h - for me that was the only hold up from me. My solicitors did their work in 2 weeks, therefore the rest of the work was waiting. I appreciate that the estate agent can only chase, but if the buyers are more informed, I think the appropriate pressure can be applied. Apart from that experience I think Emma helped in the negoitiation and got it there quickly once we got an offer - after dropping the price. So thank you to her.

Direct reviewsI am currently buying a property through JB leach and they have been the most helpful part of the chain. They have really taken ownership to ensure the process proceeded smoothly. Instead of ringing my own estate agent for an update I ring JB Leach. If I would ever sell again I would definitely use them as my estate agent, couldn???t recommend them enough. So would like to say a big thanks to the girls that have helped, you???ve made a very stressful process that much easier
