Belvoir have always responded quickly and been helpful when I have needed help or asked questions. They have someone available to call on Saturdays too in case of emergencies. They are aware of safety inspections and will ask you when it's convenient for you for them to be done. Vivienne at Belvoir is especially on the ball and gave useful advice about what to do when leaving the property, and she was also helpful and flexible when it came to organising visits and handing over the house keys.

We recently bought our first house through J B & B Leach, from the start of the process the staff have been nothing but helpful and professional. At the first viewing of the property the agent was able to answer all of our questions regarding the property itself and the local area. After the sellers accepted our offer the agent accommodated us again for a second viewing so that we could start to measure up! The staff in the office were helpful each time we called with questions and we were kept updated regularly via text message on the process of the sale. We would definitely recommend J B & B Leach to family and friends in the future.

We were that impressed that when it was time to sell our house there was only one estate agent that we were going to use. It was a sad time for me selling my childhood home, Belvoir staff were compassionate and helpful every time I spoke to someone, even offering to do the viewings for me which was a huge relief. Informed me property had already sold, when I was informed at time of booking the viewing that this was the first time to view the property in question. Appears underhanded activity is taking place!! We were unsure which agent to use but kept seeing JB&B Leach 'SOLD' boards around St Helens. That convinced us to give them a try and we're so pleased we did. Friendly & professional from the start and very pleased with the suggested selling price. Property photographs looked amazing on the website and the viewings started immediately. We had by now moved out of the area so viewings, etc were all down to the staff at JB&B Leach. What a fantastic job they did too! Mike & Julie We would thoroughly recommend J B & B Leach. The phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly applies to this company. We were initially with a different agent whose fees were cheaper but they didn't get us one viewing. As soon as we switched to JB & B Leach the viewings were constant, the communication regarding feedback was excellent and the staff a pleasure to speak to. Once the property sold Kath couldn't have been more helpful and was very patient of our many questions. All in all we couldn't have had a better service.
