Unlike many companies, they always answered the phone, returned calls and emails and remained friendly and professional. From the initial valuation to photographs to the sale, they provided a great service. They would be my first choice if I move again! Thanks everyone

Staff at JB&B leach were quick to try and find us another property that was suitable for what we were looking for and we found another one with a couple of days. A very successful first time purchase of a property 5 weeks after our offer was accepted.

Direct reviewsEveryone at Belvoir we???re very helpful, professional and friendly. Vivienne and Nathan marketed our property very quickly and sold it within 24 hours for higher than the asking price. Belvoir have also managed 3 of our properties for the past 10 years. We have had excellent service and communication with the office and they always went above and beyond

Direct reviewsAn excellent service provider. The team at JB&B Leach are fantastic. Each member of staff had their own individual roles but coordinated our sale and purchase extremely well. We found them to be very friendly and quick to respond to any of our requests. The hamper on completion was a lovely gesture too.
