GoogleIf you're looking to buy a house, speak to Brian, their mortgage broker, as your very first step. I instructed Brian to work as my mortgage broker and what a stroke of luck that was. As a first time buyer, I can say without exaggerating that Brian paid for his fee two or three times over, and I would not be looking at a successful completion without his patient advice and guidance. He's the sole person in this entire process that seems to know what's going on and actually care. I only wish I'd been introduced to him earlier in the process!

GoogleWe viewed a property with Jasmine last week and she was very professional with following the COVID-19 guidance. All wore face masks and kept our distance while being shown around the property. Since then, she has been very speedy with responses and has taken the time to keep myself and my partner up to date with the next steps and processes. She, and her team, have made what is usually a stressful time very manageable. We have found it to be very good service.

GoogleThis is the second time that Janki has found a tenant for me and I have been very pleased on both occasions. She is always very professional and responsive. She is great on the detail and problem solving but always makes you feel comfortable about contacting her. Janki manages to make you feel important and yet gives you the sense that she knows what she is doing and you can rely on her at all times. I felt I had the best person finding me a tenant. WH Brown have a good telephone answering response - so refreshing in these times. However, I am less happy with the accounts side of things. They have a different name - if you forget it, later google searches on a mobile are difficult and frustrating. They seem detached from WH Brown St Albans and questions/errors have to ping pong between Janki, me and Sequence. DianaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

COVID made it extremely challenging to arrange the move from overseas, but Jasmine Neaves from William H Brown was extremely helpful. She was very attentive and consistently sent me properties that she thought we might be interested in, and even arranged a few virtual viewings for us, which was challenging because we were not yet in the country. Though we did not end up renting from William H Brown in the end, we really appreciated the help Jasmine provided.
