GoogleTerrible experience with this agency, they pursued with the landlord's unreasonable deposit deductions with no evidence, took weeks to respond, and left us in the dark with zero communication. Avoid if you want a fair and responsive service.

GoogleWe have had a very good experience with Leaders since we moved into our house 6 months ago. Recently, the shower in our house broke down and our property manager, Ms. Leanne May, reacted quickly and did her best to get it fixed as soon as possible. Many thanks again to her! GoogleThey have been really inflexible to us (parents of a young baby) during the pandemic regarding our moving out date, forcing my wife to extend the contract resulting in us losing over £1000. They didn't allow a rolling contract and any request to extend our moving out date, due to our new property not being ready, was met with with reluctance and complete disregard. Additionally during out tenancy they have completely neglected the maintenance of the car park (overgrown with weeds), cleaning out the guttering etc (water dripping noisily all night outside) - This started during the pandemic, and we have been understanding and flexible but they have not reciprocated.

GoogleTerrible experience! Booked at 10am to see a property at 12.30pm - 2 hours later! Got to the property at 12.30 on the dot and was waiting around for 10 mins outside the property. Called up Leaders and the lady mentioned the viewer had already left the property. She said she would EMAIL him!! EMAIL!! Do these people not have phones?!?! Waiting around for another 20 minutes before calling back and being sent straight to head office. Mentioned we had been waiting for half an hour and nothing from the branch. She said she would call the branch, she did so and then got in touch with the manager who was meant to meet us at the property!! He didn’t even want to speak to us! Instead he got the woman on the phone to tell us he had been waiting a while and left the property!!! He did not even call us to let us know to see where we were! He must have left at exactly 12.30 or before as the property was gated and could not have missed us! Missed out on a potential sale and safe to say we won’t be using them again!

GoogleAfter having experienced many Lettings agencies who either did not have the patience or responsiveness required, the estate agents from leaders were a refreshing change. From their dedication and empathy to their quick responses and thoroughness; there was not a thing I could fault them on. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the property I wanted within an impossibly short amount of time. They did not give up even when we kept on running into complications with finding appropriate guarantors. GoogleEstate Agents who know what they're doing. Rented with them for 3+ years, without any hassle. The online Property Management tool has been really effective. An issue with my mattress was raised here, with the Property Management team reaching out shortly after a ticket was raised. Not only did Emma W and her team help arrange for a replacement, we were given a choice rather than just accept something from the landlord. Budgets agreed, and the old mattress was collected in line with the delivery of the new one. Effective communication throughout, and timely help is what i feel are their strengths - key in times like these. Overall, i am happy with the support and service I have received from the Property management team at Leaders.

It's not easy to rent a house in St Albans, the market is hot. Leaders is very responsive to arrange a viewing, they communicated well during negotiating, and their online letting system is well developed and hassle free. GoogleI have just let my flat in the centre of St Albans, following a refurb after having the same tenants for 20 years. Alex and Scott from Leaders provided an excellent service providing ongoing advice during refurb and then finding tenants within 3 days of the flat being available and at the asking price. They made the whole process very easy and straightforward.

GoogleA truly awful experience with this company when I had to into rented accommodation as he result of a divorce. Had to deal with that ghastly man Norman Mead who was of no use whatsoever. When I inherited the family portfolio of properties the total commission gathered by the instructed agent was £23500 money lost to Leaders who, need to remember that today's tenant may be tomorrow's property owner.
