GoogleThis is one of the worst agents. I have been a tenant here and I used to work here and I can confirm all the good reviews are fake. The management are bullies and all they care about is making money and bully us and their tenants. Please avoid this agent at all costs

GoogleI have been dealing with Alex this is mine and my partners first property together and i cannot fault the service i have been given nothing is too hard for her to do she has answered everyone of my questions would highly recommend. I haven't got a lot of knowledge on renting or anything like that like i say this is my first property but it has all been made a lot easier and less stressful with the help of Alex and the whole of the Leaders St Albans team. GoogleMyself & my partner have had an excellent experience with Leaders St Albans - we were met by Mandi who took us round two properties and was very knowledgeable about both. She was excellent and really went the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed about the properties. Both properties were in excellent condition and we picked the one we really loved (due to area.) After this, Alex was very efficient regarding processing our offer with the landlord and getting the ball rolling. She was also great at regularly keeping us updated in the process. The whole process has been great and I would highly recommend Leaders St Albans, and particularly both Mandi and Alex.

She tracked down and liaised with a key contact for our property, solving the issue quickly. GoogleI had Scott and Mandy.. Scott dealt with my application and Mandy showed me and informed of the properties whilst giving great advice..
Scott personally handled my application beginning to end super friendly and always helpful. Extremely professional.
As a letting agent the No Deposit Option is an incredible opportunity as well as Scott hearing we were recently married was able to make adjustments with the application fees and as soon as I brought them up in the first place he was honest and helpful and reduced it down as well as considered me and my wife as a joint applicant (as it should be ) whereas anyone else I called was non negotiable and forced me and my wife to apply separately (Β£675 and that was just references!!) Where's Scott got it to a much more agreeable Β£200 and that's allegiance we paid for all fees.
Never had such a pleasureable experience with realtors

GoogleDO NOT TAKE THE NO DEPOSIT OPTION
Leaders country-wide are prolifically conning renters into the no deposit option by lying that landlord will not agree to the tenancy without it. Leaders then pocket all the money and there is no benefit to the renter or to the landlord. Ross Kelsey of the St Albans branch misled me on this, and Scott Flanagan did not take my complaint seriously whatsoever despite my presentation of the emails with the lie stated explicitly, obviously because all of Leaders' staff are doing this in all branches of the UK.
Both men have been highly unprofessional and untrustworthy and I'm overall very disappointed with the service by the St Albans branch.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI would not rent with them ever again and lucky I will not have too. They are charging me to remove kettle, chopping board and toaster. Other hidden charges they do not ever tell you about. If I could give zero score I would. I would also watch out if you are renting with them and if they send someone to fix something at property as they might charge you for that too. Took 4 weeks to get back to me about when i will get my deposit back as they were trying to make sure they charge as little as possible.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe've recently bought a flat with Leaders and would highly recommend them. Scott Willmott was our point of contact and he did a great job throughout the whole process. Scott was friendly, professional, approachable, helpful, really good at communicating with us and the vendors and really stepped in and assisted when we had some issues with the vendors solicitors.
