GoogleI met with Mandi to view a 2 bed apartment in St. Albans. She was professional and prompt. The apartment was pretty nice, but I ended up finding something closer to me workplace. I wasn't allowed to take photos inside due to GDPR regulations. Setting up the viewing appointment was easy and straightforward.

GoogleBeen a tenant with Leaders for over a year now & couldn't be happier with them as a lettings agency. The girls in the maintenance team are always on point, actually respond to calls & messages in a good time and are really nice to deal with. Would highly recommend this company to both Landlords & Tenants.

GoogleMandi provided us with advice and support on the viewing and cleared up all our doubts expertly on every aspect of the renting process. Alongside high quality service, Mandi also values the human aspect, without which it would not be possible to build up long-term personal relationships based on mutual trust.
