What a brilliant estate agents! We initially didn’t choose Heartwood Homes and decided to go with one of the old face agents of ST Albans. Almost immediately this felt like the wrong move, with little feedback and engagement leading to a disconnect. After moving over to Heartwood homes they delivered brilliantly, selling our house for full asking price within two weeks. What sets them apart is their knowledge of St Albans communities, their work ethic, their honesty and above all their communication, not to mention delivery of course. Jon and the whole team, thank you so much for helping us. I highly recommend anybody to seriously consider speaking to Heartwood Homes before considering selling your property in ST Albans. Reviewing Heartwood Homes as a buyer - we couldn't be happier with the service we received! I recently sold my house in St.Albans with Heartwood Homes. From the very first meeting with Luci I was impressed, she was lovely, so friendly and reassuring, none of the pushy corporate chat used by some other Agents I had met. She went the 'extra mile' throughout, even helping me to get rid of unwanted items that I didn't want to move with! Jon & the rest of the team were great too, professional & very helpful if I had any queries along the way. They all made the whole sale process as stress free as possible, keeping in regular contact and informing me of any issues or changes right through to exchange & completion. We had such a fantastic experience with heartwood Homes.The selling of our flat was very straight forward. The viewings were all handled by the main staff, they don't use part time staff. So everyone has the full knowledge of what they're selling. Also the team would advise on who the best buyers are. We sold our flat for over and above what we expected. The buying of the flat we are moving on to has been a bumpy road but Jon and luci were always on the end of the phone to advise us which was a massive help. The service has been really personal. We set up a WhatsApp group and any worries or questions we had we would put in there. We honestly can't speak highly enough of heartwood homes. In the future they are the only estate agent we would use!!! Once again thank you so much!
