GoogleA year ago, practically to the day! Jon came and valued our house. By the time he left , we knew that despite what the other estate agents valued us at, we wanted Heartwood homes to sell our property. The team were always on hand to answer any questions we had on our sale and always kept us well informed; nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond to meet our needs, with Jon even offering to assist us in finding a property in Scotland if we so wished. Today, we completed a sale on a brand new property in Aberdeen, Scotland and look forward to starting the next chapter. Thank you all so much for your input you truly made the whole process seamless! They really are one big family who treat you as one of their own! Thank you!

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience buying our first home through Heartwood Homes this year.
Jon was fantastic from our initial enquiry through to completion... super helpful, communicative and supportive during the whole process - a lot of which was unknown to us at the time. Huge thank you for the excellent customer care throughout. We'd highly recommend Heartwood Homes to anyone in the future!

GoogleHeartwood Homes Estate Agents are second to none in providing excellent, professional and personal service throughout the entire selling and buying process. They sold my property and helped me to find a new home. They provided a quick response link to enable me to get advice and guidance when I needed it. I obviously had dealings with other agents and none made me feel that I was being personally supported in what can be a challenging experience. Outstanding team! Thank you all.

GoogleHeartwood homes have been totally opposite to what you would think of ‘Estate Agents’. Having taken on my Father’s bungalow after his death, what they promised they delivered where other agents (having the property on for 6 months) failed to deliver. I purchased my first home with them and they were super helpful throughout the process, bending over backwards to help and inform me of any information I needed during my home purchase.
