GoogleHarry and Jon are exceptionally professional. In a complex sale (many parties in the chain) they went over an above helping all parties to move things along so that we could make the exchange and completion as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

GoogleI first met Jon when he was working for a large estate agency in St Albans, he's always been a breath of fresh air in an industry which doesn't always have a sparkling reputation. He took our previous home to market for us, was refreshingly honest about the price we should achieve and was a great help in offering advice on properties we were looking to purchase. If you want to sell through someone who genuinely cares about every customer then look no further.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write these kind words. If you ever need any help or have questions, please get in touch.

GoogleI was very impressed with the overall service and guidance from Jon with the sale of my property. He kept me updated weekly with the progress and feedback from viewings. I was also sent weekly information about the searches made on my property online which I found really useful. When my property was valued he immediately filled me with confidence that he would work hard to sell my property and he did just that. My partner and I just had a baby so my time was limited but he was excellent at making the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely use Jon again.
Thank you Jon, if ever need any help or property advice, please get in touch. All the best for the future Jon

GoogleJon Stubbs has to be one of the most arrogant and untrustworthy estate agents I have ever come across! Rude, bad mouthing other agents to try and win business. This certainly put me off ever using Heartwood Homes for anything BEWARE….
I am devastated to read this. The team and I work so hard to ensure that every part of our ethos is to offer a good, fair and professional service to every client. I have checked our database and asked around the office, your name is not one that we have on record and I cannot recall any conversation that would warrant this review and level of bad feeling. We will always advise clients to check terms in agency agreements as they all differ, but would never be disrespectful about another agency, at the end of the day we all need to work together in our property chains to help our clients. There is a place in the market for each and every agent and there has to be a healthy competition in the market to give the consumers the best experience. We are keen to understand what dealings you had with us and discuss this matter further so please get in touch please call us on 01727 638333 or email me on jon@heartwood-homes.co.uk so that we can chat this through. Regards, Jon
