GoogleFrom our first meeting with Neil Dowsett when he valued our property and correctly forecast a higher slightly offer than his suggested asking price, which was made within days of valuation, through the negotiations by Tom Weever and finally to handing over the spare keys to Sarah Valentine to end the process, all have provided a first class service. I have no hesitation in recommending Frost’s to anyone thinking of selling their property in St Albans.

GoogleGreat service from Frosts - they were diligent and kept working on both our purchase and sale until the keys were in our hands. In particular, Tom who helped us find the right property in the first place, Sarah for smoothing out the process after our offer was accepted and keeping on top of everything, and Pauline who did a terrific job of showing us round and showing off our property to potential buyers.

GoogleWe had a very good experience buying our first house with Frost's. They had the biggest selection of houses and were the most flexible with viewings. Communication was very good throughout and we felt very well looked after. From putting in our offer we received the keys 44 days later! We are very lucky and love our new home, thank you especially to Stuart and Ella for being our port of call!

GoogleRose @Frosts Estate Agents has gone above and beyond for us for looking for rentals. She has been so helpful and friendly. She is always quick to answer our queries and give advice when she has been asked a 101 questions. It has been absolute pleasure working with Rose , especially being new in town. TrustpilotFrost state agency is a real scammer
This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money for their family is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700 Per month
