GoogleI cannot recommend Collinson Hall highly enough, I had two properties on the market one in St Albans and the other elsewhere being sold by another estate agent, and it very quickly became apparent that not all estate agents are made the same, in my experience Collinson Hall are the the gold standard. Everyone I had contact with within the company from beginning to end where utterly professional, keeping me advised of progress at all times, actually being proactive in selling my property and providing me with sage advise and guidance, which led to an excellent sale price and a satisfied buyer and seller. They where worth every penny!

GoogleIf your (Assistant) property manager is on annual leave, no one will answer to your emails. If you call them, they will say to call later! Also, they are so rubbish at costs! In my case, they said to us a certain price, and after they said they mistaken, and they will increase! Also, our main door had some issues (too many) and they blame the people! And they didn’t Pursue the building contractor for what are clearly defective installations! We couldn’t have our windows cleaned because the building is too tall and is no method within reason to access the windows! They don’t have no answer to this, so they have offered us, our cleaning money back!
