GooglePre-scheduled a viewing which was cancelled, after pleading with the agent to view as I travelled 3 hours they let me view I proposed the offer before arriving not wanting to waste time. Which by the way was 3 months in advance plus deposit. Already showed all relevant documents of income/ savings. Was false promises when I would be told the outcome Which after chasing multiple times was told rejected. Not sure if they treat all their potential tenants like this but this was a very bad experience and I would not recommend!

Regarding the viewing, the difficulty arose when the current tenant, who had initially agreed to provide access, later refused. As soon as we were informed, we contacted you immediately to try and prevent a wasted journey. Despite this, we did our best to accommodate your request, and we’re pleased we were ultimately able to arrange a viewing for you. Following receipt of your offer, we communicated all the details to the landlord. Although they initially had some reservations, we made every effort to address them on your behalf. However, after a series of discussions, the landlord ultimately decided to decline the offer and has since withdrawn the property from the market. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we apologise for any distress caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our processes. GoogleThe team at Collinson Hall were always so accommodating and approachable. They never made me feel like a nuisance, asking to have 3rd and 4th viewings with my builder. They were a great "go between" for both solicitors and were extremely understanding when I needed information on pet ownership at the flat. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Lastly, thank you for your card and fizz - a really lovely touch at the end of such a long process.

Holly Marshall-Clarke was appointed by Collinson Hall as Property Manager for our Chalfont Place Estate 6 months ago and straight away made a positive impact in transforming management of our blocks of flats. Holly delivers a most excellent service to Chalfont Place residents and Directors. She is wonderfully efficient, extremely conscientious, always very courteous, immensely patient, gives prompt attention to all matters, thinks things through, shows good initiative and provides everything we need for efficient management of our estate. Best of all she heeds what is said in emails, acts on them and keeps us updated on progress.

GoogleVery nice Agents, offered advice and guidance throughout especially to do with banding.So that you can sell your home within a reasonable time bracket. Alison / John / David are who we dealt with and are polite, professional and reliable, I don't have any negatives to say to be frank, I would recommend them absolutely.I would recommend that sellers listen in particular their advice about how much you SELL your house for rather than be greedy...because you will get a better result in the long run and not have your house on the market forever.Listen to the professionals in my book. GoogleWe have recently rented a property through Collinson Hall and from start to finish Emma and Elizabeth have been brilliant with their efficient communication and help. It can be a bit daunting as a prospective tenant, trying to find a 3 bed rental property in St Albans, but we really felt listened to and supported throughout our search and through the process of referencing and signing of contracts. Our experience has been very positive and we would highly recommend Collinson Hall for their great service to prospective tenants.
