We were generally very satisfied with the service we received from Collinson Hall, who accompanied us through a particularly protracted and complex purchase. They were very helpful in arranging multiple visits for us and for family members/contractors prior to exchange. Staff members present at these visits were not always fully or correctly informed about the property. However, Michele A, the Senior Negotiator was consistently responsive, quick and accurate with answers to our questions, and a very effective and human link between us and the various other parties involved in the purchase. Just wanted to share our experience with Collinson Hall and in particular Ciaran Murphy. He’s been incredibly efficient, helpful and professional throughout, but also really friendly and approachable. Communication has always been prompt and clear, and we’ve always felt kept up to date and in the loop. Great experience selling our home with Collinson Hall. The sales team provided regular updates on the progress of enquiries and interest in our property. We were kept updated on the viewings and feedback following the viewings. Following the acceptance of an offer, the matter was handed over the Michele, where regular updates on our sale were provided and she helped push along all parties to exchange and completion.
