Both Properties were marketed professionally and the pictures used were brilliantly presented.The agents showed all interested parties around and fed back promptly. I recently sold my house through Cassidy and Tate. Nick was fantastic from the very start and gave a true valuation of the property (compared to other local agents who gave stupidly low valuations). Nick kept me updated throughout the whole process and secured an offer for the full asking price. I would highly recommend Nick and his team and will definitely use them in the future.

I had the pleasure to work with Ricky from Cassidy & Tate's in finding a new home for my family. Having not long ago switched to being a contractor, I had some hick-ups with referencing because my accounts were not old enough to qualify even though I could easily afford the cost of rent. However, Ricky was very helpful and helped me get through it successfully.

Kris, at Cassidy and Tate finally sold our house earlier this year due to the covid situation and another problem Kris kept us well informed throughout, it was far from straight forward but with his experience and perseverance dealing with solicitor's etc we got there in the end.
