Awful. They have too many houses on the books and have not time for you. Some people put notes in my door cause they were ignored by Graham. People asked for 3 weeks to see my house and were told they couldn't get a hold of me. WOW. - glorified car salespeople with no qualifications dealing with my biggest financial decisions! Liars too.
Thank you for your email. It is very hard to comment when we, sorry to say do not know your name or address of the property. We haven't received any complaints in connection with any issues like this from any of our vendors. Please take into account all the sale team work on commission so they only earn there income from sales hence why most are knockings down the doors to show our customers. Graham who is our Branch Manager has been working in the industry for over 30 years and his reputation in and around St. Albans is unrivalled. I am confident if we couldn't gain access into a property there would be a reason for it, taking into account how strong the market is right now. GoogleAfter renting a property for a year and dealing with Cassidy & Tate, I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. Upon moving into the “professionally cleaned” flat, we found nothing but grime, dirt and faults. When reported to Cassidy & Tate, we were not offered any help or even an apology and instead a year down the line after moving out of the property, which was in pristine condition in comparison to what we moved into, had an email stating £565 of our deposit would be taken - £345 being cleaning. After disputing this, we were offered a discount of £50 on the cleaning bill and had £75 removed for “snapped blind cords” which was in-fact already broken upon our move in - and stated in the original inventory! In addition to this, the figures of our deposit amount in the email were incorrect. I feel it is also appropriate to mention that while asleep in bed, our flat was entered illegally without our prior consent by an agent from Cassidy & Tate. This agent at the time and throughout our dealings with her has been condescending and unprofessional. Out of good will, this wasn’t taken any further but despite this, said agent continued to be unhelpful and caused a lot of distress to both of us during the move-out process. Overall, I would say (and am sorry to say) that there is a lack of compassion, care or professionalism within this estate agent as a whole.

Moving for the first time in 38 years I was slightly daunted by the prospect but from my first meeting with Graham I was reassured by his professional approach and how he guided me through how the process would work. Graham along with Nick proved very pro-active when the first buyer withdrew unexpectedly.A further buyer was identified immediately and although a few further issues were encountered along the way they were managed well and the sale proceeded I would recommend Cassidy and Tate
