It has taken me a long time to review. Cassidy and Tate are pros, all are experienced and work hard to sell your home and most importantly to manage the process. I’ve used Cassidy and Tate for a purchase, sell and letting! We’ve reached the price to sell, buy and let - the whole team from sales to back office are there on hand to help you through the arduous process. My neighbour recently sold thanks to our recommendation too. I would hesitate to recommend.

We have found a property to rent through Cassidy and Tate and honestly couldn't be happier. We had been searching elsewhere for around one month and had been really disappointed with other estate agents who never delivered what they promised. We dealt predominantly with Annette who was fantastic from the get go and a breath of fresh air! Within a few days of getting in contact with Annette, we had found the perfect place to live, put in an offer and got a call back saying we were accepted (not like other estate agents who never seem to deliver messages or call back). All in all, the whole team seems lovely, and I highly recommend Cassidy and Tate.

When things got sticky they were never pushy, we never felt under pressure and they were understanding throughout the process. I would just like to put into words my experience in the sale of my house in St Albans during the most difficult time of early spring this year. After speaking to different Estate Agents i decided to instruct Cassidy and Tate and I am so pleased I made that choice. The professional but friendly way in which Kris represented Cassidy and Tate made the whole process a successful one. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis and their interaction with other Agents in the chain made sure we reached our goal. In the most difficult of times of Covid-19 Cassidy and Tate came up trumps and would thoroughly recommend their services.

Exemplary! I only had a very small property to sell but I was made to feel as special as if it was worth a fortune. I can’t fault the attention, kindness and service I received from Nick and my heartfelt thanks goes to him, he is a credit to Cassidy and Tate. I would like to add that when other members of the team passed me on the street or saw me at the door they always smiled and said hello as well, which meant a lot. Couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough.

After BREXIT and then Covid-19 selling our house was a daunting prospect. Duncan Cohen took the reigns and from Day 1 reassured us with his positive attitude and out and out professionalism. We could not of asked for a better representative from Cassidy and Tate. Duncan could not of been anymore proactive in his approach to selling our house, regular updates and varying stratagies were very welcomed. Ultimately resulting in the sale of the property for the right price. We would highly recommend Cassidy and Tate epecially having Duncan to manage the whole sales process. Many thanks.

GoogleI would avoid using this agent at all costs. We have tried to view a couple properties with them. First one we never had any response and when we called we got told that it was sent via email and probably in our spam folder, which it wasn’t. They were quite rude about it. We found another property and sent a request through as soon as the property was on the market. We never heard back. We sent 3 further requests, called and left a voicemail and then finally got through to an agent where we were told they would get back to us. They didn’t. Called the following day and told that the property was under offer and that they couldn’t accommodate all viewings. I’ve used a few agents around St Albans and this one is by far the worst. We even try to avoid looking at properties if they are the agent.

GoogleI would give this 0 Stars if I could. My partner and I were first time buyers and from very early on we noticed signs of poor communication, however as we liked the property we wanted to buy it. From the start we were chasing other agents to contact the sellers and in turn contact Duncan & his team. An offer was accepted and we had to call 4/5 times a day for a week to get the agents to finally send the sale Memo and I had to go to the area manager to enable this to happen. However fast forward a few months and all of a sudden, the sale of the property falls through. We constantly would chase the agents 3/4 times a day every day. The sellers changed solicitors, for which the agents knew about but didn't inform us. We had to find this all out for ourselves. And now the agents kept saying they couldn't get in touch with the sellers but we ended up being local to the sellers so went to knock on the door and find out that they decided to not sell and they have told the agents a while back, yet the agents still had not told us. Both agents & sellers were a complete joke. cowboy seller who wasn't serious about selling and is just a waste of time. They were selling a house in NW9 0TH, and I would suggest to not deal with these sellers ever. However, these agents are also a joke, who are based in St Albans but do not know what they are doing. How can the agent not inform the buyers of any updates? We as buyers ended up finding out everything ourselves, and the agents have not in turn actually done anything. The whole experience from 2 months ago to now has been an utter joke. I would never ever purchase a property if I see these agents name on the house, nor would I recommend anybody else to. They have a catchphrase of being experts, but they are the biggest cowboys I have ever met. AVOID THESE AT ALL COST, THEY WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE MONEY!

Very pleased with the good pragmatic and shrewd advice from Graham (Coton) which helped me significantly to focus on the key parts of the property that needed attention before putting it up for saleHe also gave good advice in regard to the offers received during the selling period. As a result it was a successful sale at a fair price for which I am very satisfied.I would go to Graham again in the event of a future property sale.

Given that we are currently in the grip of a world pandemic looking to rent a home is not a great idea!. However, Ricky Veale (Lettings Manager) made sure he "pushed" the Landlord to get this done as quickly as possible. In fact, it only took 11 days from our first viewing to getting the keys and it would have been even quicker if the Landlord hadn't slowed things down (to be fair, given the situation nothing anyone could have done quicker).Fast, friendly, efficient and accommodating. No hesitation in recommending Cassidy & Tate and their team to manage/find your next property.

I have had the pleasure of being a tenant in a property marketed and managed by Cassidy & Tate since the summer of 2018. From my first contact with Gemma in lettings the relationship has been a benchmark in this segment of the property market where tenants often are reminded in a negative way who the property company ultimately works for. The relationship has grown even stronger as Stephen and Annette in the property management team have become involved and I would without hesitation highly recommend their services.

I can’t recommend Cassidy and Tate highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them when selling a house. Duncan especially was great from the offset, he priced more accurately than the other agents and offered pragmatic and helpful advice throughout. The communication was excellent and far more effective than a few other agents I have dealt with. Duncan always answered his phone and worked really hard to push the sale through, acting as a facilitator to both parties and solicitors. He always remained professional and I shall always reach out to them first in the future. Thank you!
