We just bought a house in St Albans through Cassidy & Tate. Our agent throughout the process was charismatic Duncan who deserves the highest of praise for his exceedingly friendly and helpful professionalism. At all times he was a pleasure to communicate with, whether by phone or by email, and he was quick to respond and always positive and proactive. Phone calls to Cassidy & Tate were always answered quickly and it was never a problem getting hold of someone to talk to; messages were also always passed on and speedily replied to. This was a very positive experience for us and Cassidy & Tate deserve great credit.

Cassidy did a really good job of helping the legal teams of buyer and seller come together to achieve a common purpose. Cassidy really helped to turn what is normally a stressful time into a time when we always knew they were proactively on the case. We also got really good daily communication throughout the process. Honestly we can't say enough good things, specifically about Stephen and Hannah. They've made our tenancy smooth and have always been quick to respond to any concerns we had. Excellent service. Good balanced pre-marketing advice, really impressive marketing material, handled viewing (sold to first one!) well,professional approach to negotiation, well managed progression to exchange. I have since sold a property in another part of the country and I actually rang C&T for informal advice as I was so unimpressed by the local agents there! I have bought and sold a few properties and C&T stand head and shoulders above any other agent I have used.
