GoogleIn past 8 months we had opportunities to work with different estates agencies but no of them make this experience as easy enjoyable as Ark property!!! I can’t recommend it enough, working with Daniel was a huge pleasure, he answered all my enquiry immediately, was always available and more than happy to help. Thank you so much for such an amazing costumer service.

GoogleJust purchased a property through Ark & was looked after by Lauren in sale progression. Lauren was excellent throughout. My chain became quite challenging & I honestly think we may not have got to completion if it wasn’t for Lauren’s hard work trying to keep peace in the chain & progress us all to completion. FacebookAbsolutely amazing staff. We had a previous agent who failed to succeed. From day 1 we were flooded with viewings. The team are very proactive and never stop trying. Toby Dan and Martin are the nicest guys and understand YOU and YOUR needs above all else. ALL agents in the town could learn alot from these guys. We will 100% use again in the future

GoogleBooked a viewing on a property, took a day off to accommodate and Ark didn't show up. After a few phone calls I discovered the property had sold but Ark hadn't bothered to inform me... In response to the reply, the meeting was made with your staff and Ark were due to show us round. Both Ark and Purple Bricks are equally to blame in this, whether it's due to a lack of process or not should not be the concern of the customer.
Dear Mr Shaw, I have looked into this for you and we have been made aware that you booked your viewing via PURPLE BRICKS not through Ark Property Centre. We do not have access to Purple Bricks clients and therefore would not have known that you were viewing the property and would not have access to your contact details to inform you that we had already sold the property. I understand that Purple Bricks were aware of the situation so it would be down to them to make you aware. IN RESPONSE: Mr Shaw I reiterate you did not book the appointment to view that property through Ark Property Centre.

GoogleI rent a house through Ark Property Centry for 6 years. Everything was perfect before, but last 2 years they ignore any issues from me. They come for inspection every 3 months and asking, if I have any issues. I have an issue for 2 years and told them every time , but they still not resolve it...just ignore....I don't like their service at all....
