Having had such a positive experience using Ark 2 years ago, when we recently had another property to sell in Spalding, we knew that we wanted to use them again. From the first contact with Tom who responded to my initial enquiry promptly and valued the property, throughout the whole process to the completion of the sale in December, all staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional (though we mainly dealt with Toby, Tyler and Lauren) keeping us informed of viewings, viewing feedback and progression of the sale. Once again, thank you very much for making another emotional sale easier than it could have been. Many thanks to you all! We highly recommend Ark Property Centre! My mum sold her house after living there for 57 years and right from the first communication with Ark, they understood that this was an emotional time and showed empathy and kindness. All members of staff that we dealt with were helpful, friendly and professional, leading mum through an unknown process. Couldn’t recommend Ark enough. After being stuck on the market with another agent for 9 months it was a breath of fresh air to have an active agent take on the sale of our property and get a sale agreed within 2 months - reselling our home the same day after our first sale fell through! Straight talking,honest and responsive From day 1 we were inundated with viewing requests and sold the very next day after viewing number 1. Lauren we affectionately named the golden retriever (she does know) when asked if she could do something, ask something or deal a difficult situation off she would go and retrieve it quickly and report back. After using another local estate agents to sell our house we opted to change to Ark once our listing had gone stale and I am so glad we did. Our house was a tricky one to sell but within 2 months of changing to Ark our house had sold subject to contract. The photos were amazing and the photographers were very professional. I believe the use of social media helped us to reach more potential buyers (our house being a typical first time buyer house and most likely to be bought by a younger demographic). This included Tom’s brilliant idea to record a video tour of our house over the Christmas season when all of our lovely Christmas decorations were up to help reach new potential buyers and peak their interest. All of the team were extremely friendly and helpful and were always happy to answer any queries we had. I want to say a massive thank you to Tom for his help in listing the house, Toby and Martin for the viewings they carried out and for Lauren in the office who was always prompt in sending and answering our emails and for keeping our buyers informed during our lengthy exchange due to the chain we were in. I would not hesitate to use Ark again if the time came to sell our new house or to recommend them to anyone else wanting to sell their home.

I cannot thank the team at Ark enough for all their help, professionalism and incredible support throughout the whole process of selling my late father's house in Gosberton - a really tough situation and highly emotional given the circumstances. From the moment I met Tom to do the valuation to the entire sales process where Martin and Lauren were the dream team! I recently bought a property that was being sold through Ark. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful but I mostly dealt with Daniel. He was very attentive and made sure any questions I had were answered promptly, and would chase the seller if needed to make sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Totally blown away by the professionalism and care that we received. After trying another agent we moved to Ark and never looked back. Pictures and drone shots taken of our house amazing, all taken by a professional company that Ark employ. They handled the video whilst we were on holiday. The house sold within a few weeks. Dan was great from the offset matching properties to our needs and really paying attention to what it was we all needed, not an easy task when this was two generations coming together. Toby was charming and such an instantly likable character that you can see how well suited he is to his job and then we have Lauren who just went over and above for us to eventually get everything across the line, not an easy chain with lots of added complications throughout but nothing was too much for her with daily communication and updates. All three are a real credit to Ark, and although I hope to never need to move again if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use them!
