A great review for Tyler who has been with us for four months now, this really did mean a lot to him - especially as it's his first review for Ark. Thanks for taking the time to leave it Leighan and all the best with your move.

GoogleI’ve had a very testing time looking for a new home and of all the agents I’ve had contact with (and there have been MANY) Martin at Ark Property was so helpful, patient and friendly it made the process so much less stressful when dealing with everything. I’m grateful to have made contact and can definitely recommend Martin to help with buying a home. Thank you!
Thank you Christina and best wished for the future, stay in touch!

YellAlways a pleasure
We have lived in a house managed by Ark property centre for the last 2 years and have never had a single issue with them, anytime we have needed anything is has been sorted immediately, and they are always friendly and professional. We’ve dealt with Harley for the last 6 months as our point of contact and she has been absolutely fantastic, always really helpful! We are now moving but if we could have had Ark manage our new house, we certainly would!

We have dealt with Eddy, Matt, Toby, Martin, Emily & Lauren, all of which go above & beyond in their roles. We’ve had a fantastic experience selling our first home & would recommend Ark to everybody. 😊😊😊 Thanks guys!!! 💓

GoogleDaniel at Ark was amazing from first contact. He was attentive and understanding to our requirements. Whilst being extremely friendly and maintaining professionalism. All staff were helpful and friendly when contacting the Spalding office. Daniel kept in regular contact with updates, feedback etc but not excessively so. Fantastic experience and would definitely use again should the need arise.
Thanks for this lovely review

GoogleARK were not my estate agent yet they were the most efficient and pivotal part of my chain. Emily was in constant communication with me and followed up to progress any delays in the chain. She made what would have been an incredibly stressful time a breeze and sped up the whole process. I couldn’t recommend ARK enough!

GoogleThe whole experience with this number one agent has been great. Daniel looked after my sale from the beginning to the end professionally. Tom popped round and took some stunning pictures of my property. I took some paperwork into the local office and greeted by Lauren who promptly took copies etc and kept me updated with the process. Toby kept me updated with properties for sale and did a viewing too. Daniel took care of a few viewings dealing with the purchasers paperwork which was quite complexed in this instance. When choosing an agent we all look for certain things. I felt comfortable handing the keys to my home over to Daniel to take care of things regards viewings and so on. His knowledge of properties is also appreciated. Overall they are a great team whom work together to provide an excellent service at competitive rates. They seem well known in the area and some work colleagues have used their services too. If you're looking to buy, sell or rent give them a call or pop into their offices you won't be disappointed.

GoogleArk have been superb throughout our sale. From the beginning we had many viewings, sold quickly with negotiations being dealt with within a few hours. Every part of the process has been smooth and simple with the team being polite, very friendly, helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Ark Property Centre and will use them again in the future.

GoogleHaving recently sold my home through Ark in Spalding I have recommended to friends looking to sell. From amazing pictures to keeping me up to date through the process the team have been great. You really get to see how good they are when you are dealing with others through the process - they do what they say they will do, it’s as simple as that. If you’re looking to sell your home then make sure you give them a call

GoogleSuperb experience I had with Ark, i have to call out Matt who was very professional, but what I liked most was he was super efficient and managed to tie up the deal, the same day I saw the property, offer put it the same day, to having it all accepted in one afternoon! I could work with people like that all day long!
Thank you Vijay for leaving us a wonderful review. Efficiency is what we always strive for, so we're really glad to hear you're pleased with the service you received! Thanks for taking time out of your day to leave this feedback for us, it can make a huge difference to an independent agents like ours, so we really appreciate it. Wishing you a fabulous Christmas!

GoogleI recently completed a sale with Ark and everyone in the team has been fantastic to deal with. From Martin who we initially got booked in with for the valuation which was done extremely quickly, to Tom who did our valuation and made us feel that we were in safe hands. We were then dealing with Toby who handled the viewings and with being at work a lot they showed people round our property so we didn’t need to take time off work. Once we sold with a great offer we then got all updates from Lauren to see how our purchase and sale was going through. Fantastic team start to finish and when and if we sell again we will definitely use Ark. Thank you to everyone in the team for all your hard work. ⭐️
We are so glad you loved working with the team Jess. Thanks so much for leaving as great review for us

GoogleIf I had the option for 10 stars 🌟 I would give it. Amazing customer service from Toby. Really passionate about his job. On property viewings will give you the answers to any questions, if he can't answer there and then will find the answer and either call you or email you them. Pleasant, will give options and ideas at the property. No rushing everything is calm and enjoyable. Can't give enough praise to him and the Ark property team.

GoogleI only have good things to say about the team at Ark. We sold and brought through them and they were very helpful during the entire process. They are such a down to earth team and you can have a laugh and joke with them but are very professional when it comes to selling your house. If we ever decide to more again we would definitely use them again. 🏠
Was a pleasure to help you and your family both sell and purchase Emma, thanks so much for such a lovely review. Best of luck to you all!
