GoogleHad Tom from ark come round and give me a good valuation on my property, and about a week later had him and the photographers back, photos where absolutely brilliant, I was almost tempted to put an offer in for my own home 😂 very professional all the way through, due to circumstances changing I removed the house from the market, but would definitely recommend ark to anyone looking to sell their house in the local area

GoogleToby, Lauren and the team were fantastic throughout the transaction. Toby showed us around the property a few times, and was always very helpful and friendly! They’ve dealt with our queries swiftly and sufficiently all the time, which have put our minds at ease (first time buyers) it was also a lovely touch getting a welcome package when we collected our keys!
Thank you for your time and efforts!
100% will recommend!

GoogleI was recommended to Ark by a friend as I had a property that I wanted to rent out. As a first time landlord, Ark made the process very simple for me and made sure I was kept up to date with the process. All the staff at Ark are very welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for an honest and reliable estate agent, look no further.

GoogleDan, Toby and the rest of the team at Ark worked on a protracted purchase with my partner and I. Despite the time this took to complete they were always polite, attentive and eager to respond to any queries in good time. Not only this but they were also happy to host multiple viewings of the property for us during the time the process took. I would fully recommend anyone looking for a dedicated team of agents who give you the feeling of a more personal level of service to get in touch with them.

GoogleIn past 8 months we had opportunities to work with different estates agencies but no of them make this experience as easy enjoyable as Ark property!!! I can’t recommend it enough, working with Daniel was a huge pleasure, he answered all my enquiry immediately, was always available and more than happy to help. Thank you so much for such an amazing costumer service.

GoogleJust purchased a property through Ark & was looked after by Lauren in sale progression. Lauren was excellent throughout. My chain became quite challenging & I honestly think we may not have got to completion if it wasn’t for Lauren’s hard work trying to keep peace in the chain & progress us all to completion. When I eventually decide to sell I won’t hesitate to contact Ark especially if Lauren is still there.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi There, we're not quite sure who this is from looking at the above profile name and then cross-checking with our system, we're sorry to say. We anticipate this may be somebody who has had to withdraw from a sale of ours in recent weeks, but unfortunately we can't be positive. Please could you contact us regarding this review so we can establish why this was left and how we can help you, as we are of course very disappointed to receive it. Thank you in advance and we look forward to hopefully speaking with you soon.

Toby Dan and Martin are the nicest guys and understand YOU and YOUR needs above all else. ALL agents in the town could learn alot from these guys.
