I was advised to use an agent who was independant and local. I used Ark and all I can say is that I am thrilled I used Ark to sell my house. From start to finish, the quality of communication, understanding, and level of interest in moving my property on has been outstanding. The staff are professional, they have time to talk and listen. Useless, had property on market for 9 months with "Ark", did not do anything. They agreed a sale on the property but the buyer had not even sold theirs and put up a STC sign up. Waited 3 months and got get up with them. No updates or phone calls, pathetic. When released from their contract they could not even be bothered to take sign down, had to do it ourselves. If you want to sell your property don't go with them, try somebody else. Changed estate agents a month ago and have sold property.

Worst Letting Agency I have ever used.

People: Do not ever use Ark Property Centre. They are the worst property centre ever. The staff are the most rudest people I have ever met. They expect you to lie to prospective buyers and cancel appointments last minute after you've spent the day cleaning. They are difficult to get in contact every other day of the month except rent day. They charge a large expensive deposit and are useless never keeping their word. This is a word of warning to everyone avoid Ark Property Centre.
