GoogleThe village is nice the hall is small and the staff snaff are grumpy and uninviting. Cold old place the butchers is amazing in the village and the chip shop on the main road is very good value and tastes Scrummy.

YellAbsolutely Useless
This has to be the worst possible first experience of a letting agency. Repairs are not carried out in the time given, builders are given access without notice, the flat was filthy (if only I could share the photo's), the inventory incorrect and the staff inconsistent. AVOID at all costs.

GoogleThe staff here are second to none and they really care about you and your house sale. I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleMandy Wood (senior valuer) is a great asset to the team over at Ark Property Centre. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell you're property, very helpful and makes the process feel a whole lot easier.

We are very disappointed and sad to see this score Henry, especially as they are no comments for us to take as feedback or investigate further. We are also unable to find any details for you on our system, so again, sadly we are unable to contact you in an attempt to discuss this rating and address your thoughts. As an independent agent especially, reviews are very important to us. We would really like the opportunity to have a chat. Please do give us a call as soon as you are able, thank you.

Hi there Anna, we are very sorry and surprised to see this review this morning. Unfortunately as you have left no feedback with it/your profile is missing your surname, it's very difficult for us to make contact with you/find you on our database and address any concerns. If you could please contact our office asap so we can assist you, we would really appreciate it? As an independent business especially, reviews can make such a difference and we always aim to give a great service and work hard for our clients, as demonstrated by our five star reviews and excellent feedback over the last year or so in particular. Therefore, receiving something such as this is very disappointing for us. We look forward to speaking with you. Thank you.
