GoogleVery helpful and expert staff here. They helped me sell my property during the most challenging market turmoil since the 80s. And at the lowest fee out of 5 agents I spoke to originally. I didn't choose Truepennys on the low fee alone, but more on their enthusiasm and trustworthiness. I'm satisfied I made the right choice. Marketing commenced in the last week of June 22 and the sale completed 21 Oct 22.

GoogleAlways received exceptional service from this excellent agency. We have been using Truepennys since 2009!!! I can honestly say that prior to that we had tried all other agents in East Dulwich and the service from the other agents was always poor. Truepennys are very family like agents and you can speak to your personal agent so you do not have to deal with several different people. GoogleI was very happy with the customer service provided by Truepenny's. An agent took me in to view the property on the spot as the other agency did a no show. I asked and the agent who was already there was more than willing to show me the property and we took it from there to now having moved in. Truepenny's did everything they could to speed up the process to get me moving into the property swiftly which was essential for my situation. I came to collect the keys finally and was met by a group of incredibly friendly and service oriented team. I would therefore highly recommend them :-)

GoogleThese guys are amazing! I needed to find a flat in no time, most agents I dealt with were so unhelpful and just quite oblivious to even have a conversation, or hear me out. Truepenny's literally saved me! Olivia, my agent was a dream to deal with, very professional and understanding, also so quick to jump in and help, which I appreciated so much!! She secured me a beautiful home within 2 days, quite literally made my day. I was elated to have had my offer accepted and cannot wait to move in. For anyone who wishes to conduct business with Truepennys, ensure you check that white goods are in working order, request a clean as you may end up with a filthy flat, check fixtures in kitchen and bathroom and the integrity of the walls and flooring before proceeding.

I'm very disappointed with this agency and the communication after I moved out. I've been waiting over two weeks for my deposit, and now I'm told I have to wait another seven days by the DPS.
