GoogleTruePenny’s are the first ever Estate Agent that I dealt with. I can only compliment Ryan the owner, and the agents, for their professionalism and promptitude in dealing with my questions and enquiries and in a sense, explaining things to me that I had no idea of or, didn’t know how to go about. I’ve come across a variety of individuals working and representing Truepenny’s who have always made me feel at ease and offered a seamless experience. It has been a great experience throughout and overall even when my own expectations may have been slightly above standard and rather demanding. Sad to say goodbye to all at TruePenny’s and wishing you all, all the best.

GoogleWe used Trupennys for sale of our flat and although the sale has subsequently fallen through (through no fault of agent) we have found Trupennys to be a very good agent. They are very responsive, transparent, good value, fair and reasonable in their contract and pricing, they understand local market, their photos and adverts were of a high quality, they pitched the pricing well (we had two offers in quick succession through them). Their post sale team were very knowledgeable and worked hard in timely manner to queries raised.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Truepenny's. They greatly helped us out at short notice. We were up against a deadline to sell and had started the process with another agent who unfortunately appeared to have unforgivable shortcomings. The Truepenny's team, on the other hand, were consistently professional, competent, effective and pleasant. The process wasn't without its challenges, as a first buyer pulled out due to funding issues. In the end though, we sold our house, over the asking price, in a challenging market. From accepting the second offer, to completion, was just over 6 weeks. All much appreciated and recommended.

The entire team (Connor, Alex, Olivia, Wallace and Jamie) were all fantastic to work with - there was great communication during all stages of the sale process, they took the time to learn about my property and had it sold within a few days of being on the market. Having previously listed with another agency who treated my property as just another listing and got barely any viewings over 3 months it was wonderful to find an agency that still has customer service at the core of their business. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the East Dulwich area. Thank you to the entire team for all your hard work!

GoogleTruepenny's are really great. Everyone I have worked with in the office has been great. Most recently Chris who does the management service for my rental property is excellent - very responsive and always gets things sorted and a good guy. I have also had very good dealings with Conor in helping with sales and lettings. They come across as authentic, polite and honest people and professionals, and avoid some of the behaviours that other estate agents dont always have a good reputation for.

From all the agencies I have rented flats, this is the worst without a doubt. From hiding the landlord important things that he should’ve know, to treating the tenants really poorly, to not helping us and wanting to keep all the deposit (we claimed and after someone from outside the agency checked it we won the case) Biggest scam in a while
