GoogleChloe and the team at Truepenny's were incredibly helpful all through the process of arranging viewings to securing my rental contract. This was the case despite a few unseen challenges outside of their control - they communicated everything to me in a fast and effective manner and even rang to check up after my first few days in the property.

GoogleI sold my flat during lockdown which lengthened the whole process. In addition I had 3 buyers pull out so the flat was re-marketed 3 times! I can honestly say that Connor Brewer was a rock throughout the whole process which lasted a year, enabling me to keep my sanity. Connor is always very positive, professional and has been a pleasure to know. He always returns my calls and emails promptly and has been most efficient and reassuring throught. GoogleVery refreshing experience. As an ex property manager and a tenant, renting for over 5 years in London and the UK, I've seen and heard of every horror imaginable in the letting industry. Truepennys has exceeded my expectations at each and every step of the tenancy. They not only accommodated every single request I had, but also tried to help us move out earlier. There were no shady attempts on our deposit at the checking out stage and it was refunded in full. Communication was fantastic at every stage. Sometimes not immediate, but it's a busy environment and being a property manager myself I clearly understand what causes the delays. If I have a need to rent again and Truepennys will be in the area, this will be my agent of choice. Their employee actions show that the management / directorship also have morals and the standards are set at a very high level. Even though we did not put an offer on the flat that he showed us, he drove us down to explore the East Dulwich neighborhood after the viewing on a hunch that we would like the area. We ended up falling in love with it! GoogleI have recently sold my flat thanks to Connor, Wallace and team. From the beginning, they have been friendly, approachable and prompt communicators, keeping me informed every step of the way. The sale process was very efficiently guided by Wallace, who was fantastic at keeping things moving and keeping my stress levels down! I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use Truepenny's again in future.

Both Stacy and Chaz were absolutely fantastic, and provided us with excellent advice, managed to obtain several offers on our flat and were then very communicative and helpful during the sale process. Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleWe rented our property with this agent and they were very good in finding a tenant quickly. However since then their property management department has been appalling. They do not seem to have a basic understanding of anything to do with a property, staff work part time which in itself should not be a problem but is when there is no coordination between the staff. They get quotes which are extortionate and because of their lack of understanding of what they are dealing with they do not question or indeed understand them. Do not use for management of the a property, they are not able to manage.

GoogleI’m posting this review three months into renting through Truepenny’s because Michael from Truepenny’s was a great help to me and deserves a review. With the stress of finding a place to rent in London, he made it a lot easier for me. He gave me a timeline, stuck to his word, provided updates and even called after I had moved in to make sure all was okay. The extended team is professional and I remain grateful to Michael!

Connor was absolutely amazing - always there when we needed him, sensible and pragmatic when providing advice and constantly putting in the effort to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Encountered one of the rudest salesmen ever working for this company (Dulwich office). He was extremely unhelpful, arrogant and condescending and that was on initial contact over the phone!!!!! This obnoxious man needs further customer service training as sadly lacking in that area. I would NEVER engage this company!!
