TrustpilotProfessional & Efficient
Landed us a buyer very quickly. Good communication throughout. Knew when to lean on the solicitors to ensure things kept moving along and our sale didn't fall through.

TrustpilotWorst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Had a viewing at 1pm, they called me to move it at 12:45pm. I agreed and got there on time. Waited 15 mins, called three times and no answer. I do not recommend it. Sandra

TrustpilotCustomer Experience with our house sale
Josh from the Balham Hill branch was very professional and went beyond his role as Estate Agent coordinating the lawyers to ensure that the exchange date we requested was met. He always returned calls and always kept us up to date with progress. So we had a very good ciustomer experience.

TrustpilotTerry was excellent!
We didn't know the area at all so Terry Ellingham took time to show us a range of areas and types of property. He was very generous with his time and was always responsive, his advice was straightforward and fair.

TrustpilotKFH Crystal Palace branch letting and management
KFH Crystal Palace branch have let and managed our property for several years. We have been pleased with the quality of service and the responsiveness of the people involved in different aspects of the letting and management process. We have found their charges competitive and the financial aspects, including clear monthly statements, are transparent. We have had no reason to consider alternative agents.

TrustpilotGreat selling experience!
The team at KFH (we worked mostly with Joe and Che) were extremely conscientious and thorough, and helped us navigate every aspect of the sale. Communication was great and they were always available to give sound advice. Would happily recommend!

KFH were helpful and professional throughout the process of selling my flat. The flat took time to sell due to the changing financial circumstances experienced in 2023. KFH were always ready with new potential buyers and supported me during anxious moments.

GoogleI'm having a great experience with Brooke during my search in Canada Water. She is quick to set up viewings and even showed us a few places that weren't on the initial list but were actually far closer to what we were looking for!

It’s been hell dealing with the agency by the end of tenancy. They are not really tenant friendly. They side more with the landlords, and if you get a bad none responsive landlord you just have to deal with it. They are thief of your money and trust

TrustpilotI was well supported from start to finish.
Communication was great from start to completion, I knew what to expect and was guided along the way. Moving home is stressful but the support I received helped process run smoothly.

TrustpilotWorking for landlords not tenants
Working for landlords not tenants. Extremely pushy, got us to make unnecessary compromises for the landlord wherever possible, encourage rent bidding, rushed us into handing over money, resistant to making repairs to the house before moving in.Our agent was Francesca Ottley. Would never work with her again.

TrustpilotSold within a month
Picked up our property from another agent, after 6 months and two sales falling through. Within a month it was sold, at a considerably higher price than the previous two occasions.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
