TrustpilotReliable!
As landlords, my husband and I have been pleased with the way KFH handles everything. From preparing necessary legal procedures and documents prior tenancy, to being reachable and responsive when we have queries during tenancy. If there’s a repair, we are given the quote and we are always asked if we like to proceed. Overall, we are very pleased!

TrustpilotSawan and Sharon
I linked up with Sawan and Sharon while purchasing a property. I moved on from that property to another advertised by a different estate agents. But both of them remained very processional and up to speed chasing the details and sorting things in the background. Very much appreciated.

The team were knowledgeable, patient and professional. They were able to quickly sell my old home so that I could then purchase my dream home! Thank you KFH!

TrustpilotGreat Service
We received a great service from KFH West Wickham branch. From the moment we agreed to use them. They arranged for viewers to come the next day and the we sold the house 2 days later. They were very professional and stayed on top of the sale throughout the process.

TrustpilotFull marks for all at the Bayswater branch.
Everyone was very helpful and efficient. Also, as we are a very elderly couple who had not sold anything in the uk for many years, we appreciated the patience shown. We would single out Rajan Shah (Bayswater branch) as being consistently patient and helpful.

The inventory check-in costs and agreement fee are too high. The provided choice of professional cleaning is not available, especially for overseas landlords. we need the property manager who has regular communication to us.

TrustpilotI felt the process with KFH was always individual and caring
I felt the process with KFH was always smooth and very professional. Sue, Deana and Vanessa at the Chislehurst office have a very caring attitude to the customers but also the sellers and treat both sides with care and respect. Chains don't break, and they keep the process running smoothly.

Trustpilot180 KingStreet- Excellent Sales Agent Jed Chambers
180 KingStreet, Hammersmith, london Branch. As soon as KFH Jed Chambers took over on the sale, everything moved fast. Enthusiasm and establishing a good rapport with the Buyer, importantly and confidence with the Seller. excellent and proactive follow up throughout the sale with both sets of conveyancing solicitors and managing agents for property.

TrustpilotExcellent proactive/contactable team
Terry at KFH helped enormously with the purchase process in being readily available and responding quickly to all my queries. He played an important part in getting the "offer to completion" done so quickly. A big thanks to him and all at the Clapham Common office.

GoogleAnthony, Ashley, Mo, Sara and the entire team were so incredibly helpful, attentive and hard working. Buying and selling property is never stress free but the brilliant KFH team make the whole process a lot easier! Very grateful to them and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again

TrustpilotGreat experience with Veronika Bakos
My partner and I have been looking for some properties and once we had found one, we met Veronika Bakos who was the agent at the property we was viewing. Throughout the process Veronika had been amazing, very kind, very efficient and knowledgeable about any questions we had.

TrustpilotThank you Stephen
It wasn’t as straightforward as we thought to get a mortgage this time round. However, we felt we had full support from our agent Stephen Akinlusi who was attentive with our demands, patient and understanding. He liaised on our behalf with the seller for the perfect sale.

Thank you to the staff at the Balham Office of KFH who were professional, helpful and caring throughout the sale of our property. An excellent service from Leigh and Isabella. Would definitely recommend to others.

TrustpilotPoor
Lots of interest in the house but got no sense of a process to maximise price. Once exchanged little interest in helping when we had some private matters which required some help.

TrustpilotKFH were very good at their job!
KFH were patient, always very responsive to our seller requests and - ultimately - extremely good at their job! They secured a sale price for us above the asking price and really helped smooth the way to completion when the buyers’ solicitor seemed to be hard-to-reach and slow to respond.

Callum and Tom provided an excellent, professional service with a difficult house sale. Would highly recommend KFH to anyone looking to sell a house in the area.

TrustpilotOutstanding service with a smile
Pervin, at the Islington branch could not have been more helpful. Her calm, focused, can-do approach helped me buy my dream home. If I could get her to run the rest of my life i would !

Useless, never knew what was going on. Would repeat back to you what you already knew, wouldn’t answer any questions. Expensive and useless, avoid!

TrustpilotExcellent experience with KFH
I’ve found everyone I’ve dealt with at KFH to be professional, friendly and very communicative. Nothing is too much trouble and above all they listen to our needs. Couldn’t recommend them more.
