Lucas Matta has also been great as our Mortgage Consultant. We're first time buyers and he's been incredibly helpful and thorough, finding us the best rate available. Really good experience so far.

The entire sales team at KFH Northcote are fantastic, by far the best agents I've interacted with in the area. Listed and sold my property within a week. KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.

GoogleWe have one person to thank for finding our property that we rent and that’s Seamus from KFH. He convinced us to go and look around even though we had 100% decided we didn't want to rent in that particular area. We fell in love with the house within seconds and six weeks later we moved in. At no point was Seamus pushy, the communication between us and the landlord was first class and he dealt with all of our questions quickly and efficiently. Avoid using KFH Kennington lettings department - they are awful and unprofessional - they have cost me alot of money due to bad communication as a landlord ( my new tenants struggles to get information also ) so all round awful - there is a lot of choice out there - don’t be duped into using these terrible people

KFH were quick to put my flat back on the rental market when the sale of my flat fell through. Within a day had successfully found a tenant and the process went through quickly and thoroughly and tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

GoogleWe rented our place in Canada Water recently and I have to say Seamus from the Canada Water branch did an absolute fantastic job throughout the entire process. From the due diligence on the offer received, following up with the tenants side when required, obtaining the required information and communicating it effectively to the last minute curve balls it was all handled perfectly. Most importantly remaining patient with us during the process and being a superb conduit between all parties involved.

The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.
