We went to the Highgate office of KFH, the agents were keen, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the buying process they listened to our concerns and acted promptly to help us achieve our aims. However I think that on occasions they need to take care not to be overly pushy.

GoogleI recently sold my flat through KFH in Canada Water. As with most property transactions, nothing is ever straight-forward. I encountered numerous hurdles in the process, some of them rather unusual. Yet I had the team at KFH (Karyna Ivanova gets a special mention here) expertly navigating these obstacles with me. I was always kept informed and I never encountered any issues with getting questions answered and negotiations accomplished. It was truly a joy having this team behind my back.

FacebookKFH has great, attentive agents. The problem starts when their property management team picks things up. Horrible, unresponsive customer service. Had no heating for over a month last winter, have a leak for over a month now but the worst bit is I’ve been waiting for 25 days to hear on the return of my deposit. Classic case of sales doing a good job and services not delivering.

We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

GoogleSam has recently helped us with a new tenancy. During the marketing period, Sam called every week to provide an update and market movement. Once a potential tenant indicated interest, Sam did her best to promote it and built trust with the potential tenants. Sam also kept us informed of progress and tenants' requirements throughout. Her hard work secured us the tenancy. Sam also dealt with the out-going tenants professionally. We are extremely impressed with Sam's professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. We must admit we didn't expect this level of service and attitude from an estate agent. Our experience with Sam and KFH has definitely raised the expectation and makes it very difficult for us to deal with other estate agents now. We find KFH team as a whole very reliable, efficient and professional. You get things done for us. What more can we ask for. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Well done Sarah for developing such a strong team.

From the start Jackie, our agent, went out of her way to find us a suitable flat, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Whenever there was a new flat available to view, or a question relating to our tenancy offer, Jackie and the rest of the KFH team would always update us really quickly. If you're thinking about using an agency to find a flat in the SE16 area, we couldn't recommend KFH highly enough.

GoogleWe recently completed a purchase with Scott. He was fantastic from the first viewing through to completion. He introduced the property we bought to us (we had not seen it online) gave honest & helpful advice. He was also very accommodating in showing us the property a few time once the initial deal was done but before us getting the keys. If I was looking to buy a property again, Scott would be the first person I'd call.
