We recently bought a flat with KFH Earlsfield through Natalia Wijata, and had a great experience with the whole agency. Natalia took us around 13 properties, all of which were were exactly what we asked for, and through the purchase process was extremely proactive to ensure all enquiries were resolved. Facebook@KFH_Beckenham what an dreadful branch, that absolutely abused my property I gave them to rent out, and they were the only one who had the key. Having there lunch break in the house, using the toilet without flushing it the list goes on. I even have video footage which I’m going to post. Managers has done nothing poor service. Stay away from them

Quick sale, straightforward. However I was put under pressure to reduce price within only a few weeks of property going on the market which I did not think was necessary. Also the estate agent was a bit too involved in the sale process. He was always polite and trying to move things on but a few more emails than necessary.

GoogleKFH found me a flat when I was desperate and they got the sale through quickly. The estate agent I dealt with, Lewis, listened to my requirements and explained why I should look at a flat that I had not been interested in seeing. Two months later and I'm living in that flat! I found Lewis to be efficient, professional and extremely friendly. I wish all estate agents were like this!

KFH generated a large number of viewings of my property and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were persistent and hard working. My only criticism relates to later in the process (once the offer had been accepted) when I was subjected to a large volume of communication which was not always up to date and often should have been directed to lawyers,

GooglePlease avoid using KFH at all costs if you can help it. They are an absolute nightmare and do not care about your wellbeing with regards to their properties. PLEASE AVOID. We moved into a flat near Surrey Quays in September last year - KFH lost our personal details several times before we even had the keys. We went to concierge who were not aware we were moving in, the place was not deep cleaned as promised beforehand, and we had missing tiles in one of the bathrooms that are still not fixed despite asking six times over four months. Our lightbulbs have blown in one of the bathrooms and we've asked for advice on this several times. Again, no response or solutions from KFH. The worst issue to top all of this off is bed bugs. We moved into a flat that had bed bugs already infesting the rooms without our knowledge. We've now had to try and deal with this problem for FOUR MONTHS with no help from KFH. We've paid for four treatments ourselves and are now having to get another heat treatment out of our own pocket. It has been awful. We've tried formally complaining but KFH is completely uncommunicative, dismissive, and simply do not care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. We love the flat itself but the awful treatment has made us want to leave as soon as we possibly can. Disgraceful company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGood agency to go with when looking for a place to rent. I was searching for a flat for quite a while as had some specific requests, so dealt with loads of agencies. KFH regularly checked in with me whenever something interesting came up on the market. Eventually for the flat I ended up renting I was dealing with Haydar and I’m very happy with the service. He was professional and acted quickly, managed to clear all my questions to the landlord within a day. After the offer has been accepted, he made sure the rest of the process goes smoothly, continued to promptly answer any of my queries and also helped with some furnishings and checkin. This company has the be the worst building management company. last year they left 10 apartments without heating and hot water for 3 months. They never reply to enquiry or emails, even the CEO Mr Watts can’t be bothered to reply. today the whole building 70+ apartments have no water at all.. again no one at KFH are replying to emails.

I recently purchased a flat using the KFH West Hampstead Branch and I was extremely happy with the whole process. The team was very helpful and professional. I also would like to remark that, comparing with the rest of the local Estate Agents, KFH had by far the best properties on their portafolio. I consequently put the flat in the rental market using again KFH, this time the letting team. I was amazed that the same day I received the keys for the flat, the team had already found a tenant. And even a tenant ready to pay above the asking price. Well done KFH West Hampstead. Many thanks for all your help.
