I deal with them as the Managing Agent for the block in which my flat is situated. They are expensive, inefficient, little is done unless its requested, the surplus fund charge is unjustifiable, service charge much higher than others companies would charge and the credit control never respond to mail. Over the last 5 years charges have increased and the quality of service declined. Awful performance and no redeeming features

Excellent service throughout. I approached KFH for a listing I saw on Zoopla and contacted me the next day to understand my requirements and arrange a viewing. I have now had a couple of viewings vith Theo who is extremely professional: punctual, communicates clearly and comes with a handout with the details of the property we are viewing.

GoogleI have had an excellent experience with KFH and this has been in large part to Antony Botha. I wanted to rent my property and he was efficient and effective in marketing and finding a tenant before the property was even on the market. Antony responded quickly to any questions I had. He made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly easy. If you need to rent a property, I highly recommend him.

Hannah, the assistant branch manager, was great. She was effective, friendly and straight talking. When we were concerned about the speed of the conveyancing, she went straight to the solicitors to get things moving. She even responded to our emails in the evenings. Overall, great experience dealing with the estate agent.

I have been a client of KFH since 1997, for sales and lettings.Their customer service has always been of a high standard, professional, respectful and accommodating, and always reply to any queries with minimal delay.They keep us updated in a timely manner of any legislative changes that effects the letting market and are very knowledgeable. They give equal professional service and respect to our tenants.We have remained with them for this reason and recommended them to others, we are aware there maybe cheaper alternatives but wouldn’t consider changing because of their professionalism. Thank you.

KFH were great to work with, specifically Jimmy and Maryam. They were calm, accessible and kept the purchase progressing in a calm and considered way. I really valued the fact they were available for calls when needed and returned calls, these small things made all the difference. I’d definitely buy and sell through KFH again in the future.

GoogleI was looking to purchase a house, and Mohammed (Mo) was superb at selecting properties and showing me around them. He really helped me to understand what was available in the Canada water area and was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the house hunting process. A great estate agent. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a place.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional experience! We paid a holding deposit within hours after being asked in late July. Signed the contract within a day a couple of weeks later and 5 days before moving in in September and after had stopped looking for a place for at least a month they tell us landlord never signed the contract and current tenants don't wanna leave.

GoogleKFH has a good process up until you get the keys then everything seems to slow down to rare responses back. Been waiting for 2 weeks (still ongoing) to get various items removed from the previous tenants. Additionally the deep clean they organise is more of a basic clean rather a deep clean. Carpets / upholstery etc which are all mentioned in the contract to get deep cleaned wasn't adhered to. Update - they've mentioned in their contract they'll clean everything to a high standard and then they went back on their word soon after the tenancy begun. So now I'm here sat thinking what else will be changed throughout the contract if they can't even fulfill what they signed on the contract. Wouldn't recommend.

Terrible experience. They charge high prices and bad service. I am currently letting my flat through the Battersea branch and no matter how many times I complain the service doesn’t get better. They have just sent me a quote for £5,000 worth of works with no explanation of what it is actually is. They sent my most recent statement 20 days after the due date and this was after I had to chase them. Yes it was the Christmas period but there are still plenty of work days during this time. When I received the statement it had charges taken out for work from months ago that I didn’t officially approve. And I have had 3 sets of tenants in 18months. So all in all a terrible experience. I don’t know if this is the case with estate agents but be warned if you are going to use KFH. It’s actually unbelievable how bad the experience has been. By the way this is not some rundown flat, it is a recently renovated lovely 2 bed near the park. I never write bad reviews this is the first time but it’s that bad.

Prior to putting my property on the market, I contacted several estate agents. The representative from KFH immediately impressed me with his enthusiasm, extensive knowledge of the area and realistic assessment of market conditions. Throughout the sale process, the KFH team were unfailingly helpful and supportive and did everything possible to ensure that the transaction ran smoothly and I was very satisfied with the service I received.

We used the KFH mortgage advisor to find a good mortgage deal for our house and to remortgage when our existing mortgage deal ended. Pardeep Chahal our mortgage advisor found us good mortgage products twice which were tailored to our needs, especially where we were concerned about the ERC requirements of our existing mortgage. He was very helpful, we would use KFH again based on our experience with them.

Good experience buying and selling through the Sydenham team. I was looked after by Siobhan and Toby who cared about the people in the chain and kept everyone informed at each stage. I had a disappointing finish for a sale of a flat. Communication was not forthcoming despite requests for regular updates, and also found that there was minimal effort for completing the elements required for the sale which were difficult for an offshore seller. Branch used - Raynes Park.
