I would give a -1 if I could.. I am I landlord and I am very concerned about my electricity bill so I sent them numerous emails to see if there was an issue and they completely ignored me! Weeks later and I am still waiting for a reply.. disgusting service the least they could have done was acknowledge my email. This have caused me a lot stress and mental anxiety

Staff at the Chislehurst branch were incredibly helpful all the way through the process. Unfortunately my first buyers pulled out days from exchange which was a blow, to put it mildly. KFH really pulled out the stops and did everything possible to make sure I didn't loose the property I was buying and found another serious buyer.

We are currently working with Lily and the KFH team at Beckenham to finalise a long-term rental agreement on our house and I must say they've been really good throughout the whole process. Lily gets back to us on any questions quite promptly and has offered us help and advise whenever we need. Though not cheap - I would recommend using them as have had no issues at all.

Terrible experience with Beckenham Branch. If I didn’t know better, it would still have been going on. Bad at returning called, they can’t handle being questioned or take suggestions until time has lapsed. I dealt with 4 individuals-only selling 1property. Never, Never, Never until a total revamp!

GoogleHad experience renting flat with Rianna Watson, everything was smooth until moving in dates. Received dirty dusty flat with old mattresses broken furniture. For some reason agency decided to make cleaning later after moving in and refusing to remove dirty mattresses and broken furniture. Be careful with this agency and confirm everything before moving in.

Especially, the director Marla (KFH branch, NW6 6NJ), she treated us genuinely warm, she even spent her own 1 pound to help us testing the signature system, really appreciate her. We bought a house through KFH's Chislehurst branch and Deana Watkins dealt with us. Pleasant, efficient and professional, she dealt with all our queries very fast and effectively, even outside hours or when she had to contact the previous owners for information. We used KFH's recommended solicitors who also gave us a decent service. A good transaction.

All sweet until offer had been accepted and then extremely poor support, including not passing on information on as requested to our buyer. Definitely did not feel like they were impartial and professionally supportive. Instead threatening / bullying us at times that sale might fall through if we didn't do xyz.

Our experience with FKH was fantastic from start to finish. We were appointed Lucas Matta who assisted us through every step as first time buyers. He offered great knowledge on the whole buying process and almost became a stop shop for all our queries over the 3 months period. It is a hard process buying a house but with FKH you can be assured it will be made as smooth as possible.

We have had polite and very helpful help throughout. The one problem that we have had with is that when a repair required at the flat, the contractors that are suggested quote very high prices. On two occasions we have had our own contactors who have quoted half the price for the same job!I think KFH should have the capacity to ensure more moderate contractors are on their list.

KFH Canada Water branch (Anthony and Ashley) did a great job finding a buyer in 2 days. I was in a difficult situation as my previous buyer through a different agent pulled out and that agent suggested to reduce the price. But KFH found a buyer quickly and secured an offer at the asking price. Terrific job and I would recommend them without a doubt.

KFH Holland Park (lettings) took funds without my knowledge or consent, which they were not entitled to take. They failed to respond to my complaint (complaint to Kerim Aigus, so called director and assistant Anya) - and failed to respond to my directions. They now face bing reported to Trading Standards Officers in Kensington and being sued for recovery of illegally taken funds. Clearly the director's position flatters his abilities.
