TrustpilotExcellent communication from start to…
Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

GoogleWe have been so impressed with all the team at KFH Canada Water - they know the market better than any other agent we approached and they more than justified our faith in them. All the team have worked so hard to bring our sale to a successful conclusion, in record time too. Special thanks must go to Lewis James who went above and beyond to keep everything on track, but huge thanks also to Anthony and Sammie and all the rest of the team for their hard work. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMy brother has been a client of KFH Canada Water for over a decade and recommended their services to me when I wanted to rent my property in Rotherhithe. I was very pleased with the outstanding service received from Caroline Duvergier and Melissa Acevedo. Both are very helpful and responsive. Also, I was extremely impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism; They ensured that my list of requirements was met (Proof of excellent internal comms). They managed to find tenants for our flat within a week, and I can confidently say that they are the best estate agency in the area. Highly recommended. Steven

GoogleWe are working with KFH to rent our first place together. We have been working with Antony who has been an excellent agent for us and showed us the property exactly that matches our requirements. Further he gave us an honest advice on what would be a good offer to make, and has been very calm in communicating back despite numerous hurdles we have been having to get the property locked down. I would recommend him and KFH if you are looking to move in and around Canada Water.

TrustpilotApplying for our first mortgage
The experience of applying for a mortgage through Lucas at KFH was great. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless but Lucas walked us through the different options and submitted our application really quickly. He also kept us abreast of any updates throughout the process and we were approved yesterday! Highly recommend.

Fair and transparent commission fees, a favourable valuation and great service from start to completion. Well done to the entire team, particularly Hannah and Tom.

Tate and Alex were brilliant and honestly not sure we would have sold if they hadn't been chasing our solicitors. Thanks very much both.

I had a really positive experience with the KFH team at the Chislehurst branch. From the very start, they managed the sale of the property very professionally and kept me informed of the conveyancing progress and any next steps required at every stage. A great job.

TrustpilotWe want to thank the team at KFH
We want to thank the team at KFH . They were always available to calm us and steer us through whenever we needed them to . They were both professional and friendly . We wish them well for the future and would happily recommend them . I used them 25 years ago to buy my flat and then to sell the same flat .

TrustpilotIncredibly rude agent
Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.

TrustpilotClapham Branch - Great mortgage advisory service
Lucas from the Clapham branch offered superb service and was extremely knowledgable throughout the mortgage application process, helping me to achieve a favourable rate.He was also able to accomodate some meetings at extremely short notice, to help accelerate proceedings, going above and beyond with his assistance. I would not hesistate to recommend him.

GoogleI was very impressed with KFH and particularly with Seamus who was assisting me in finding a rental property in Canada Water/Rotherhithe. He understood all of my requirements and focused on sending me properties that met what I needed. He also provided great advice and insight into the rental market which I found very valuable. KFH has great local knowledge of the Canada Water area and I would always recommend going to them first with any property searches.

TrustpilotGreat service!
I found KFH very professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind from start to end. Dominic and Sawan Shah helped me with the whole process to apply to my first mortgage. They made it super easy and they reply every single time my calls and every question that I had. I would be happy to contact them again and for sure I'll 100 % recommend their services. Thank you!!
