GoogleI recently used KFH to find a tenant and opted for their full management service. From the start, the process has been incredibly professional and efficient. As someone with a demanding full-time job, I appreciated that most things were handled via their online portal and clear email exchanges, it required very little of my time. While their fees are slightly higher than some local competitors, the 'hassle-free' experience makes it well worth the investment. If you are a landlord with a busy schedule, I highly recommend their team.

Terrible communication and slow action on essential safety issues. Managed by our property manager Arvind. KFH manage our rented flat in Putney. At check-in, their own inventory showed a non-working carbon monoxide alarm by the boiler and a faulty smoke alarm. Over two weeks later neither has been replaced or repaired, and we've had to report it to the local council. We couldn't move in on our start date because the agreed professional clean hadn't happened. The flat has damp and mould in the bedroom wardrobe from old leaks, plus a worn and damaged carpet, which KFH / the landlord won't address. Getting authorisation for spare keys has taken over two weeks and is still no closer to being resolved, leaving two working adults sharing one set and no management set for workers to attend so works have required us to take emergency days of annual leave to facilitate. We've raised a formal complaint and are still waiting for answers now over 14 days into our tenancy. We pay full rent on time and expect a safe, legal, properly managed home in return. When these issues are resolved, I will update this review.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with this estate agent, who managed a B&D Reside property that I rented. Their conduct was completely unacceptable. They were fully aware of ongoing issues with the property yet repeatedly failed to take any meaningful action to address them. Even more concerning was their complete lack of response to serious antisocial behaviour from the neighbouring flat, which was also managed by the same estate agent. Despite being provided with evidence of the ongoing antisocial behaviour, they failed to take any meaningful action to address the situation, even though both properties were under their management. Their lack of accountability, professionalism and concern for the wellbeing of their tenants was shocking. It is completely unacceptable for a managing agent to be aware of serious issues affecting residents and simply disregard them. The level of negligence, unprofessionalism and indifference I experienced was disgraceful. I will be formally reporting my experience and their handling of these matters to the Ombudsman, as I believe their conduct warrants an independent investigation. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to think twice. No tenant should have to endure such disregard for their safety, wellbeing and basic right to peaceful enjoyment of their home.

The member of staff Deandra Grovell-Campbell who helped me was polite,kind and extremely efficicient. Completed on our house sale in Wimbledon today. Vinnay Patel at the Wimbledon Branch was our main contact. He was great to work with. He has a very calm manner and kept all parties fully informed throughout what turned out to be a long process. He kept our nervous first time buyers on board and answered all their questions speedily and honestly. I imagine they called him many times and he definitely took the pressure off me. I would definitely recommend Vinnay Patel and KFH. All staff I spoke to were friendly, professional and knew the market in Wimbledon very well. I had a few estate agents round to value the property and chose KFH as Linda Duffy (Manager) gave me lots of information on the recent sales in the street and how final sold price achieved which was really helpful. She gave very fair valuation advice and helped market the property quickly and get a quick sale. Glad I chose KFH.

I recently switched to KFH and had a very positive experience with them sorting out a leak in my bathroom. Nick, the property relationship manager who dealt with my issue, was very professional, kept me up to date every step of the way and even mediated when the contractors did a subpar job with the new pipings and helped me resolve the issue. All in all, great job!

Extremely Disappointing Experience, Unprofessional Staff and Lack of Support I had a truly disappointing experience with this agency, particularly due to the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff. Marta, in particular, was incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process. Despite expressing my financial concerns and waiting nearly a year for a suitable flat, no meaningful support or alternative solutions were ever offered, especially when the originally promised flat was delayed. There was no backup plan, no flexibility, and no urgency to help resolve the situation. I was especially shocked by how dismissive Marta was. She wasted my time by having me complete applications and go through referencing, only to lead me nowhere. It was extremely disheartening and felt like a complete disregard for my situation. It is unacceptable that the option to add a guarantor wasn’t considered just because I live with a spouse. Every applicant’s circumstances are different, and rigid, unsympathetic policies like this only make things worse. Overall, the service was horrendous, poor communication, a lack of empathy, and completely unprofessional behavior from staff who should be there to help. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for support and transparency in their housing journey.

We had some issues with our tenancy before and when we first got our property which caused alot of things to be very stressful due to our letting agent but once we were passed on to our property manager, Nick Di Palma things went much more smoothly. He has been a huge help with any issues we have raised so far and has fought for us on a few occasions I believe if he continues to be our property manager he will make us truly love living here with kfh.

Under KFH’s management, prolonged water ingress caused damp and mould so serious that the council’s Environmental Health team had to serve a statutory notice because necessary works had not been completed. Despite that intervention, remedial works remained outstanding when our tenancy ended. We also endured approximately eight months without a properly functioning shower and a separate roof leak that persisted for around 235 days. This was not one unfortunate delay, but a sustained failure to manage serious defects effectively. Based on our fully documented experience, I strongly warn tenants and landlords against entrusting a property to KFH. If zero stars were possible, that is what I would give. Avoid at all costs.
