Excellent experience with KFH during my remortgage. Fred Abayeta and Sharon Seale were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their advice was always clear, practical, and very helpful, and I felt fully supported at every stage. I rented a flat through KFH for two years All and any request for repairs were completely ignored. Bureaucratic inefficiency ensured that for anyone they respond to, we had to wait for months at a time. Yet they are always looking for ways to charge more, to add unnecessary penalties and make sure you understand it’s all about the money for them. The worst renting agency in my opinion. Beware

I had such a positive experience with Mugiusha throughout my rental process. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating - especially given my unpredictable hours as a social worker. She even waited for me to bring my documents almost at closing (lol, sorry!) which I really appreciated. Thanking the North Finchley Branch

After attempting to sell my property for the 5th time, I am grateful that it was Liam handling the transaction. He was honest, proactive and responsive to everything that was asked. Even towards the latter end of the sale where there were doubts, his reassurance and experience to get it over the line was invaluable. Thankful to him and also to Sebastian who is head of the branch who helped advise when it was right to get back on to the market and go for the sale.
