GoogleI had a wonderful experience purchasing an apartment for my son at the end of 2019. I contacted the KFH office in Canada water after being recommended to speak with Lewis after he helped to find a property for my good friend from Singapore. Lewis made everything clear and got us to exchange of contracts within 3 days and recommended a fabulous solicitor who worked around the clock as we needed to move in by the beginning of 2020 Keep up the good work! GoogleI've been really impressed with the service from the KFH Canada Water team, and the entirety of my experience of them has been an extremely positive one. I was looking to buy a flat and Laurence has been absolutely excellent throughout the process - always responsive, very professional, polite and easy to contact. He has kept me appraised of all flats coming to the market that suit my requirements and listens carefully to my feedback to narrow down the search. I highly recommend KFH Canada Water!

Under handed and do not trust the Islington branch . Visor and his accounts department are scammers and need to sort out there sales tactics. They commit to fee and then send debit collectors for amounts NOT AGREED OR in the contract. What out! And keep clear

GoogleVery unprofessional service. I called today with a genuine question about a property and the agent was dismissive and rude. She interrupted me, did not answer my question, and then hung up before I could even finish speaking. This is not the way to treat prospective tenants . was considering a long-term let but will look elsewhere.

There's nothing worse than not getting the whole picture, but the sales negotiator Euan was always up front about the situation, positive or negative, which helped manage expectations and stem unnecessary worry. KFH Putney dealt with the sale of my house. They were fantastic. Sally the manager runs a great team, Hannah that dealt with my sale was amazing. The whole team saw my house, they brought people to view that were appropriate buyers, so didn’t waste anyone’s time. When an offer was made they followed through and made everything as easy as possible. I was kept informed at every step. And it all ended with a sale. I highly recommend them.

I deeply regret choosing this company as surveyors for the property I was buying, especially since they were also the ones selling it. How naive I was to trust their assurances that the departments were independent and there was no conflict of interest!Their survey report painted a rosy picture of the property, claiming everything was fine. For every potential issue, they conveniently added vague recommendations to get a 'professional check', a perfect way to avoid accountability.Now, I’m facing the harsh reality: a freezing winter in a house with broken, draughty, or condensation-filled windows. The quotes to replace them exceed £10,000. How could such significant issues have been overlooked in their report?This company’s practices are shameful. They mislead buyers into thinking they act in their best interests, but clearly, their priority lies elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleHighly recommend them if you want your property to fall apart asap, and keep your tenants miserable! This company will find way to avoid taking any of the responsibilities, always seek way to do bare minimum while taking advantages of the tenants and the landlord. Truly evil and ill minded. They have been either ignoring or sending passive-aggressive emails to us with building management issue. Now the ceiling is falling apart, elevator never worked for two years, apartment is full of mice (we are catching one weekly).

Totally overvalued property. £650000. We eventually sold for £535000 8 months later having dropped the price several times.Showed lots of indivuals round but never told them it needed a fair amount of work. Waste of their time and agents time.Told us we were signing a 4 month contract but then made us give them a further month.We found them to be totally unprofessional. We have sold 8 properties before this one they were by far the worse.Would definitely not recommend.
