GoogleI have found my current one bedroom flat through KFH Canada Water and I have only pleasant experience with the agency so far especially thanks to Seamus who has huge knowledge of the market and was able to find a perfect flat for us within the budget. He is a very professional and attentive agent, always available to contact and and assist with the process. His help has been invaluable!

GoogleWe recently used KFH to sell our property and I recommend them without hesitation. Keith Elder was always very helpful, available to solve any problems and answer the millions of questions we had. During the viewings of our flat he was extremely professional and respectful and did his best to reach the sale price that we wanted.
Hi Monica, Thank you very much for your review, we are pleased that we exceeded your expectations and look forward to hopefully assisting you in the future. Kindest regards, KFH Canada Water Team

The service we received was amazing. Hannah and the team went above and beyond. We had a bit of a rough time trying to sell our flat in the current market, but Hannah didn't give up on us and ended up finding us the perfect buyer.I would highly recommend KFH!

I was advised to use KFH Beckenham and this was so accurate.Dan Chapman is so professional, accommodating and supporting. My flat was sold within 2weeks in a difficult climate. and Dan continued to liaise between solicitors and vendors in my chain until I completed. Second to none support. They also use the best photographers, to acquire footfall.I would only ever use KFH in Beckenham

I used the Clapham brand of KFH to sell my Flat and had Aarti Chohan as my agent and sales progresser, who was fantastic. The sale was littered with issues from the buyer but Aarti was always on hand to speak to, was very quick at coming back to messages & emails and I felt that she really trusted agent throughout.

GoogleMeeting Rianna was a breath of fresh air! To be honest I was dreading meeting another agent because in the past the experience has been awful. Rianna really took her time to explain every single thing and answered anything I was unsure of! Thank you so much.

GoogleI worked with Seamus and few of his colleagues on renting my flat. They were all professional, efficient and had a proper process in place. I recommend KFH, specially Seamus for your property deals in Canada Water area, they know the market very well and are generous with their time/knowledge.

KFH were amazing in helping us to secure our first flat. Very responsive during all of the stages of the process (often times more responsive than our solicitors), and very helpful with any questions we had when issues arose with our purchase. Shout out to Lucia who handled our purchase.Would definitely recommend using KFH

TrustpilotGreat tenants from KFH Peckham
We have used KFH Peckham for many years. We have always had great tenants. That is the most important thing as a landlord. Most of our tenants have stayed with us for four or five years and we keep in touch with them.

I can’t thank Med enough for the service he provided. He went beyond his job role to help me complete my remortgage. Med was always available to answer any questions or problems I encountered (and there were a lot)

TrustpilotPete from the Acton office
Dealt with Pete in the Acton office from start to finish. Pete was fantastic in altering his approach to my specific needs; online and video house tours for example. Post rental agreement, Pete was also happy to help me get in touch with the landlord to sort some teething issues. Even though he was on holiday!

TrustpilotWell done and thanks, KFH Highgate!
We've had a very positive experience with KFH Highgate. It has been particularly useful to have the excellent mortgage consultant Sawan under the same umbrella as the fundamental estate agency, and on the purchase side, Euan has been very helpful at every stage. We have felt in extremely safe hands, and all has been handled with good humour. Top recommendation!
