I would definitely recommend kfh if you are selling or buying a property. ( I was doing both and had last moved over 20 years ago and wasn't over familiar with the processes). Kfh were really helpful when issues came up with my sale. I was assigned a specific person who very much looked after me through the whole process and liaised with other agents in the chain. Calls and emails were responded to promptly and the whole team were friendly and helpful if I needed to go in the branch. The personal touch did make a difference to me.

I felt like we had to keep prompting them to act to do things.We were told there would be a 'For Sale' board outside our property as part of our agreement but it wasn't put there for months until I pointed it out to them. Also, I asked them to add to the Right Move advertisement that there is off road parking outside the front door, which is free, to help from a selling point of view.There were 2 executors in the process of selling our parents' house, both myself & my brother. We should both have been cc'd in ALL emails from KFH but unfortunately we weren't. Ultimately this led to lots of confusion sometimes with only one of us knowing and assuming the other already knew or had dealt with matters arising.

No heating for over 2 weeks. In the first few days two contractors visited, said they couldn’t fix it, and since then KFH has been almost completely unresponsive. We’re left in the dark (and cold) with no updates or timeline from them or the landlord.
Had to report to the council, who have now opened a formal case.
Strongly advise against renting through KFH Earlsfield. 1 star.

FacebookAbysmal from the beginning. Rented a flat in Wimbledon. When we moved in we were told to meet the inventory clerk at 11:30 to do the check in. He was an hour late and had no idea who we were so would not allow us to be present during the inspection. We only received the inventory 6 weeks later and it was full of errors.
We were told by KFH the flat would not be professionally cleaned due to the short turnaround. We agreed that was fine. On receiving the inventory it said it had been professionally cleaned despite our videos showing it definitely had not.
We have just moved out and KFH are allowing the landlord to illegally withhold our deposit until the landlord gets proof of final utility bills being paid. THIS IS ILLEGAL and we have had to open a dispute with the TDS. We sent proof to the landlord of having notified all utilities of our move out date and that all bills are up to date so it is clearly not the landlord responsibility to pay these - it is ours. However they still allow her to withhold our deposit illegally.
