She responds promptly to all messages, goes out of her way to help and is one of the most responsive and helpful lettings negotiator's I have interacted with (and we've moved a lot!) Very poor service. The check out with the departing tenant was badly managed by KF who have not represented the landlord's interest. We are now having to resolve their mistakes and try to recover compensation for damages to our property. There is no concept of customer service at KF; they just want to collect their fee. We mistakenly used them again for the new tenant and regret it.

As a tenant I would highly recommend Knight Frank. Throughout my time in the flat I rented the property manager, Jane Wallworth was professional and very efficient at resolving any issues. I was particularly impressed when I needed a new washing machine while we were in lockdown. Considering the restrictions at the time this was resolved so quickly. Knight Frank is definitely the best agents I have come across

They worked very hard to achieve the best price possible and conducted the sale with a high standard of professionalism. We we’re really pleased we used Knight Frank to carry out the sale of a retirement flat in Richmond. Jordanna and the team we’re proactive, polite and professional throughout. Updates on progress were provided regularly and there was good communication between all parties. GoogleWe recently purchased a new property from the team at Knight Frank Dulwich. We couldn't have been happier dealing with the KF team. Chica in particular was a fantastic help, always making herself available and answered our many questions as they came up through the process. We felt like they gave us the right advice from the start and proactively guided us to secure our family home. We loved Chica's attention to detail, her ability push the process forward, all the many personal touches (including remembering our little son's name), and her flexibility to often meet us at the property prior to exchange. It always felt like she was on our side and had our best interests at heart. My only regret is that we didn't enlist KF to sell our property as well!

I've recently sourced 2 properties through Hannah Beck at Knight Frank. Both deals were 'Covid 19' impacted as far as viewings and access were concerned. Hannah was professional, punctual and attentive on both deals. Nothing was too difficult, be it second/third viewings, checking on landlord maintenance items etc...Hannah is one of the best agents I work with and a credit to her firm.
