Great Service with Knight Frank Sloane Avenue London

We rented an apartment in Crown Lodge, Chelsea, London, during 15 months for my daughter who was studying in London until May 2020. The experience with Knight Frank was quite good during the whole process. We would like to thank Laura Heron, from Sloane Avenue office, who was highly professional and diligent preparing all the arrengements of the contrat in a quite short time, during the rental process, in March 2019. We would also like to thank Yasmin Ulhaq for the extra care during the tenancy procedures particularly during the end of the contract. Both agents were very helpful from the check-in of our property till the end of our tenancy. They were very responsive and ensured that our queries were always resolved as soon as possible. During our tenancy, they also ensured that we were constantly updated with developments in our estate. Furthermore, they also went the extra mile to schedule repairs for various defects in our apartment. This has brought great convenience to our rather hectic lives in the city. Charlotte is the best!

This is our 2nd year with Knight Frank. As of recently Ms Charlotte Huckle was appointed to be our agent. Having her as an agent is the same as having a fairy god mother looking out for you! I barely finish my request and she has already fulfilled it. She is very courteous, professional and quick. If it's not for her, we would have a bitter feeling for Knight Frank. I must say it is refreshing to have an agent who is able to look out for renter's and owner's interests efficiently and without drama.

Knight Frank: Jamie-Leigh

I worked with Jamie-Leigh to help me source a high value rental property in Surrey. We were moving from London and didn’t know much about the area. Jamie-Leigh knew from the offset all the estates and right houses to best suit our family, she just “got it” immediately. She had the best portfolio of properties most of them exclusively with her. Her insight to the market was invaluable and she really helped guide us throughout. No other agent I worked with was as focused and on it. Exceptional Service!

We have had an excellent experience with Knight Frank Belsize Park. We were tenants of a property that they managed for 3 years. Everyone that we have dealt with over that time was exceptionally professional, friendly and responsive in communication. Special thanks to Charlotte Moore and Robert Sterling who assisted us with our check out, which was somewhat extraordinary due to the coronavirus situation meaning that we had to organise it remotely. Underwhelming experience

Generally unimpressive experience with what I thought was a high-end estate agency. First impressions not good; I don’t want to get people into trouble so will resist providing further details. However, quite why extending our move-in date by 3 days turned into such an ordeal (especially when they were the reason for the extension request) is beyond me. Oliver and Sophie at the Wimbledon branch seemed anything but helpful on this front. The extra star goes to Harriet, the tenancy progressor, who was quick, professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly when she became involved. We’ll be avoiding Knight Frank if at all possible, and have already recommended friends/companies we know do the same.

We bought our house through Nick and the team and cannot recommend them enough. We were very specific in our criteria and knew it would take a while to find the right place. Nick quickly understood the brief and kept in touch every month to check on our progress. He never wasted our time with pointless viewings. That meant when he rang to say we should immediately see a new property, we listened to him. End result was an offer was made and accepted within 48 hours of him taking on the property and before it went on the market. What really differentiated Nick was he didn’t stop working after the offer was accepted like other estate agents might: he progress chased us, the vendors and both solicitors at every step to close down completion quickly. Excellent service all round.

Professional and speedy

Isabel at the Tower Bridge office has been brilliant in finding me somewhere to rent on a very short timescale - she was able to take me on multiple viewings a couple of hours after our initial chat, and then when I signed one of them pushed through the referencing and check in process so that I got my keys a week after the first viewing. Could not recommend Knight Frank Dulwich enough. No slicked-hair wide-boys, no “lines” or spin. Real people with solid, real-world advice on buying and selling. Our house went up for sale within two weeks (in a tough market but realistically priced) and dealing with them throughout has been a breeze. We dealt with Anna who was flawless.
