Knight Frank provided very good advice…

Knight Frank provided very good advice and was very supportive throughout the process of renting out our house in Surrey. In all, we found a suitable tenant in just a couple of weeks and managed to expedite all the steps from accepting the offer to the tenant moving in, in only ten days despite the huge challenges involved in leaving our family home for the last 12 years! Well done to Jamie-Leigh Harvey and her team!

We retained Knight Frank Dulwich to help sell our house in Dulwich Village. Our experience with them was excellent and they did a fantastic job for us delivering a great result. The marketing of the house was first rate and resulted in a huge number of viewings. We always felt Knight Frank kept us fully informed of all interactions with buyers and the regular feedback and weekly reports was extremely helpful. At the end of the process, we had to exchange and complete the transaction on a very short timeline and Knight Frank's advice and project management were instrumental in achieving a successful transaction on such a short timeline. From the valuation, through to the completion (and a few bumps in the middle) they were extremely helpful. Laura at the Dulwich Knight Frank was brilliant from the start. Even before we bought the property she kept in touch to find out whether we were still looking. We saw one property which we loved but the seller selected someone else - Knight Frank - (Catherine) insisted on showing us the property we now own. Through the purchasing process, Laura kept us informed and was very responsive - meeting a number of people from surveyors to drainage experts without complaint. When our purchase (of our flat) almost fell through, she was calm and I felt on our side - really wanting us to have the property and putting our case forward to the sellers. It is great to deal with professionals that care and drive you through the purchase of your property. We would definitely recommend them!

Been KF tenants for almost 2 years

Been KF tenants for almost 2 years. Had some minor issues in the past with old staff (but now...A BIG THANK YOU Louie-Mae/Trinity staff for the amazing/excellent work). There were a number of occasions when the transaction was at risk of falling apart and the KnightFrank partner had to conduct negotiations between ourselves and the vendors, which were not always straightforward. Although KnightFrank were appointed as the vendor's agents, the partner worked hard to ensure the best outcome for all parties.

We bought our house with Knight Frank Ascot. The experience was really pleasant. Beatrice and Greg were the sale manager for our purchase. They were extremely friendly and responsive, so the entire process is under tracking and smooth.
